Our history dates back to 1948 celebrating 3 generations of the Perry family! Guests travel from all over the world (sixth generation for some!) to stay at their favorite place on the beach in Rockport, Massachusetts.

Perry’s Waterfront Apartments in Rockport Massachusetts are perched directly on sandy Front Beach with unparrelled ocean views. Our summer weekly accommodations go from Sunday - Sunday and include five beachfront efficiency apartments, each with separate entrances and decks. Experience the spectacular ocean sunrise over Bearskin Neck and sunsets over Pigeon Cove without having to leave your balcony! Guests enjoy close access to the sandy beach where they can timelessly explore and discover an endless array of seaside treasures.
