Recently renovated, cozy one bedroom with an ocean view ideally located in downtown historic Rockport. Private seasonal access via stairs to Front Beach. Featuring contemporary design and current amenities. Owned and operated by the host.

Clean modern design throughout this comfortable apartment. Enter through the living room furnished with a sofa and TV. Kitchen has all new appliances, tools and a high top table perfect for preparing and enjoying a meal. Tranquil bedroom with a queen bed and window overlooking the harbor. Central AC/Heat. Second floor of multi unit building.

This apartment does not come with a parking space, but there is street parking and overnight parking is free after 6pm. There is also a convenient park and ride shuttle service provided by the Cape Ann Transportation Authority. Park for free in the Blue Gate Lot and take a 6 minute shuttle ride for $1 to The Pearl, Front Beach and other stops downtown.

Please note for reservations of 28 days or more paper goods and toiletries are not supplied.

Wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this lovely lodging. The town of Rockport is the perfect getaway and we absolutely loved the accommodations. They were clean and modern with top notch appointments. We were lulled to sleep with the gentle sound of the waves. We strongly recommend this lodging for anyone who appreciates the ocean, the arts and pristine surroundings.

Quiet beach getaway

My daughter (14) and I spent our summer vacation on a road trip through New England. We wanted one stop to be a quiet beach town. Rockport and this rental were the perfect fit. The apartment couldn’t have been more convenient to both the beach and the small town. It was beautifully renovated and appointed with everything needed. We were a little done with restaurants at this point in the trip so we opted for dinner at home one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was steps from the beach and a very short walk to shops, galleries and restaurants. Although the lack of parking was a little scary leading up to the trip, I quickly realized it was a silly fear. We got parking right on the street with no problem and just stayed on top of paying the meter. It wasn’t a hassle for us. Our stay was a weekend in late June so I anticipated the worst street parking. The place was lovely. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay again if I find myself in Rockport.
