DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND UNSAFE

I have rented from Vrbo for 20 years and never had an encounter like this the property is in complete disarray they were maybe 2+2 plates no supplies whatsoever the place had not been cleaned when he told us to get there after two so it can be cleaned I insisted on someone coming in and cleaning and all they did was feather dust the dust everywhere And then he told me to pay the cleaners we had to stop and leave the property he was so rude he screamed at me for at least two hours pointing his finger at me I took over 50 photos of what was wrong I would never ever recommend this place all of our Amazon packages got stolen The owner was responsive but very mean and had no concept of cleanliness whatsoever or safety no supplies at all I had to go and buy a knife we lasted a week when we found out there was mold the fire alarms were so ancient they didn’t work tile broken where are you can cut your feet and I had to file a complaint with Vrbo for the first time ever. Don’t ever consider staying in this location you are wasting your money and you’re going to deal with a very arrogant man the worst place I’ve ever ever stayed in and now two of us are sick because of the mold and Vrbo has handled it well and said they would give us a reimbursement because of the safety issues the pictures do not show with the property is like I will try to post some of the photos don’t do it
