We had a wonderful stay! The backyard patio and landscaping made for relaxing evenings, and the kids loved spending time in the game room. The kitchen was so well thought out and had everything we needed — mornings were especially enjoyable eating breakfast while watching the bunnies in the front yard.Our trip to Colorado was busy with visits to Pikes Peak, the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs, but coming back to this home each evening was the perfect retreat and a welcome break from Dallas life. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation spot

This is a beautiful house that is well maintained and filled with many amenities to add to your vacation enjoyment. We spent much time on the back deck eating meals or relaxing on the comfy lounge chairs. The outdoor heaters were a nice bonus on cooler nights too. There are plenty of games for kids of all ages to enjoy making this a perfect rental for a large family. The house has a great location too - minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel and close to many other Colorado Springs attractions. Thanks for sharing your home with us Bill and hope we can return again in the future!

Golf marshals

We were the marshal leadership team for the US Senior Open and needed a house that slept 7 adults. We wanted a nice home close to The Broadmoor Hotel and this fit us perfectly. Beautiful home with a fantastic back yard andcovered patio. Within walking distance of the hotel that has very nice restaurants. The Wi-FI worked great and garage was appreciated. Great game room too.

Beautiful home and welcoming, peaceful backyard

This home is perfect for a family or group gathering. The backyard is amazing, the kitchen fully equipped and the basement has a plethora of games. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, beautifully designed and meticulously kept - highly recommend!

One of the very best rentals we've ever stayed at. The design of the home, the furnishings, and the outdoor areas are all excellent. Great for a large or extended family get-together. Everything was extremely organized and well labeled. I struggle to find anything I would change.

A Great Stay

The home was very well suited to our needs and the outdoor areas of the property were gorgeous. The owner was also kind enough to purchase a ladder golf and corn hole set so that we could enjoy the yard even more. The Broadmoor community is a great neighborhood for walks and very close to the Zoo, North Pole and many other adventures... with all your daily needs nearby. It was a great trip and lovely home.

Home looks beautiful, however, we never used it, had cancellations at Broadmoor, so did not need the additional rooms for staff..maybe next year! Bill was a delight to work with.

Best stay ever

We have rented about 20 houses over the last 11 years, and this was easily the best. Beautiful home, exquisite grounds, sparkling clean, thoughtful touches of hospitality everywhere you turn. Kind and responsive manager. Incredible deck where the adults can chat by the firepit while watching the kids play ladder ball in the yard. Short drive to various fun activities, but plentifully stocked with games if you just want to stay home.

There is not a better way to visit Colorado Springs as every aspect of the house was amazing. The check-in process could not have been any easier thanks to Liz (the realtor). The house was immaculate, updated and well appointed. Everything was high quality from the beds, linens, kitchen, laundry and Wi-Fi. The game room in the basement and the outdoor fire pit were added bonuses. The location was convenient to hiking and restaurants. Had previously stayed at the Broadmoor Hotel, which is right around the corner, and this house is undoubtedly the way to go.

Outstanding 55th Anniversary Celebration

This was the most outstanding VRBO property we have ever rented. The home was very large and well appointed, it was like we were truly living in someone's home. The owner and both property managers were very easy to deal with and most attentive to our needs. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time. in CS and on the property. When we arrived at the property and were greeted by a deer grazing in the front yard, we knew we were in for a special stay. Great family home with wonderful location

Our three generation family enjoyed last week's stay at this home. It was move in ready for the week, only needed to bring the food. The location was central to most activities in Colorado Springs and was excellent location for hiking the mountains. The home was excellent inside/out. We enjoyed the indoors, especially all the activities for the kids and adults alike in the game room and the outdoor patio area where we ate most of our meals and relaxed in off time. The landscaping was beautiful and very relaxing in the evenings. All family members agreed, they would love to stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful place, perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Stayed with teen children and adults. This is the perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs. If you are thinking about staying at the Broadmoor, stay here instead. We were able to use all Broadmoor amenities including zip lining, restaurants, etc., except the pool… but had the space and privacy of this beautiful house for the family. We loved the bikes, toys, and game room in basement. House has almost historic feel but it’s modern and beautiful inside. We will definitely stay again! Host and agent were very helpful. Worth every penny for this place!

Absolutely Beautiful Property

Family get away from the Texas heat including 6 adults and 3 children 3 and under. This 4 bedroom home with an additional bunk room in the basement was the perfect size! The basement has plenty of entertainment like a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and shuffleboard and a large TV with movies and comfortable sofa. The grounds are immaculate and a great space for ladder ball and croquet. A very well appointed kitchen and large dining room was perfect for our size group. Great communication from the owner and the property manager. Home does have AC and split system units in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a wonderful trip!

Fabulous home in Colorado Springs!

We book a home for our family vacation every year at different locations. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 6 grandchildren. The children loved the game room with air hockey, ping pong, pool and a large screen television for movies. The adults enjoyed the beautifully landscaped yard for afternoon cocktails and a game of bocce ball. The location is excellent, and we walked to the Broadmoor a few times for dinner. Vivian the property manager was very helpful, and Bill the owner was gracious and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our family loves Colorado and we live here in this beautiful home much of the year. One of the things we enjoy most year-round is hiking in the extensive trail system with the trail heads only a few minutes from home (really...like 4 minutes away by car!). The other thing we enjoy is gardening and we've done all the English garden planting around the property (a combination of perennials and annuals) ourselves.

Even in this town, it can get warm in the summer, so the fact that it is comfortably air conditioned throughout sets it apart from many homes - even the nicer ones in town. The thing that guests mention most about the property, however, is its wonderful back deck and lanai, comfortable loungers, and fire pit with gorgeous spring chairs, and bubbling water feature, all surrounded by beautiful grounds...they and their families just find it rejuvenating!
