Beautiful area!

We loved the area and that we were so close to so many activities. A great hiking trail was just up the road and it was a safe neighborhood. Comfy beds and great amenities! Enjoyed our stay!

Spring break fun!

We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and this house was the perfect size. The beds were comfortable and the listing was accurate. We all came together in one car, so parking wasn't a problem. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Home, but wouldn’t rent again

If you rent this home, you’ll love it. However, there are a few things we would have liked to have known before we booked. There is no way to fit 2 vehicles in the driveway. You can use the garage, but it will only fit a small car. The listing says street parking is available, but the property manager sends house rules stating there is absolutely no street parking whatsoever. For a house that sleeps 10, that should be addressed. Also, the arcade machine is broken. There were many other things like that during our stay that caused us an annoyance. The refrigerator was broken and no one told us we would be required to use the one in the basement throughout our stay. My adult son fell down the narrow carpeted stairs carrying food down one morning. The front door locks you out if you leave the key inside. All in all, we liked the home, but we would not rent from corporate housing again.

Yes our general House Rules state no Street Parking, They are also cover the Pools, Mountain Cabins needing 4x4 vehicles and the Beach for all our properties that we manage in multiple states! That is why our listings have the specific rules for that particular house. We would also suggest you book a Rancher house next time so your Adult son doesn't trip again on any stairs!! This homes normal house stairs have had 100s of Grandparents, children, and everyone else have walked up and down repeatedly without tripping or falling! Our doors do have auto-lock, that's why we tell you to always take the key with you when you leave, and yes we do have a backup lockbox with a 2nd key incase you forget. Our Brand New Fridge came in and yes we do have a backup fridge that our guests can use. No worries though, we won't be allowing you or anyone in your group to book any of our homes ever again. Merry Christmas
