This Broadmoor Home is located 1 mile from the luxurious, World Renowned Broadmoor Resort.

Our home has a large, heated, in-ground Lap Pool (20x40) 3 ft to 4 ft., and is adjacent to a patio which spans the length of the house.
POOL IS OPEN
May- (Mother’s Day) through September (LaborDay)

It also has a theater room. Great for relaxing after a day of touring.

This location is unique in that the front of the property has a mountain view, while the back yard backs to a prairie that is covered in native Colorado trees. You'll wake up to the sound of birds singing, and at times, a hooting owl will make itself heard. On occasion, It's also possible to get a glimpse of a black bear. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, so morning yoga on the patio, and evening dinners in the screen house make this property the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our home is perfect for a small family. It is located in an established quiet neighborhood. Therefore, no parties or events of any kind are allowed. And,
Only registered guests are allowed on property.

This home boasts an open floor plan with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and everything you need in your home away from home.
Main level is approximately 2000 sq. ft. consisting of:
*Living/Dining Room Combo,
*Kitchen with sitting room,
*Piano room,
*Master Bedroom which adjoins it’s own sitting room with television as well as an en-suite Bath with large shower and soaking tub.
*Futon/Sofa in Master opens for extra sleep needs of small children.
*Bedroom 2 adjoins a 2nd full bath with tub/shower combo.

*Lower level is approx. 900 sq. ft. and features :
*Theatre room
*2 bedrooms, (1 queen and 2 twin)
*Bath with shower
*Laundry Room

We are committed to provide our guests with the best 5 Star experience.
We like to meet our guests, when possible, and take time to explain the use of theatre room and pool, and to answer any questions about the property or the beautiful Broadmoor area.

Beautiful property with lovely holiday decorations and a very well stocked kitchen for holiday cooking and baking. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks and the location was close to stores, restaurants, and parks. We had a great time using the theater room and playing the piano and the house was perfect for family with multiple sitting areas. Everything was very clean and our host made us feel very at home for a Christmas celebration.

Clean, spacious and great amenities

Stacie’s place was immaculate and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool and theatre room are an added touch.

Les and I (Stacey) came from Chicago, and have made Colorado Springs and this home our little piece of heaven. We love our home and serene property so much that my husband has been driving 100 miles to work on a daily basis since 2005. We live in the home part of the year, and love to share it with out of town guests when we are not living in the home. Of course, we will be near enough to help with our guests' comforts.

This home is meticulously cleaned. We love a well maintained clean environment and I’m sure you do as well.
Home is furnished with leather reclining sectional and other dust free sofas and chairs. The hardwood flooring also adds to the cleanliness of this home. All in an attempt to remove allergens and provide a clean environment. So we ask that you kick off your shoes and enjoy the clean floors.
We go the extra mile ... and we hope you love our attention to detail.

Enjoy the serenity of the mountain and water. With a very private back yard, all you see is the nature of the prairie and a dynamic Colorado sky....nothing feels more relaxing. Very little traffic, as the property is located on a street which ends. No thru traffic. Great, quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for a serene vacation!
