Unwind in the full bath with tub/shower combo, and whip up meals in a fully stocked kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher & more. Cozy, convenient, and close to it all—your perfect beach retreat starts here!
Primary guest must be 18 or older and must remain for the duration of the reservation.
This studio cozy with 440sq. ft. offers a Queen bed in the bedroom, and Queen sleeper sofa. Comfortably sleeps 4. Come and enjoy all that it has to offer and enjoy the perfect stay.

No elevator in this unit so please be ready to climb 29 steps - our unit is on the second floor. Since this building is built on stilt, it is as if we are on the third floor.
There is a laundry room outside of the front entrance on the right where you could wash and dry your clothes. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas in the storage space above the washer and dryer unit. Make sure you use the folding step ladder to access the storage space for safety. Please put them back properly after your usage. Please do not stand on the washing machine or dryer unit. Please use the outdoor shower located in the front below the first stairs flight to wash off the sand when coming back from the beach.

From Sandcastle Villas, you could walk to restaurants, including Liza's Kitchen, Pickle Patch, Waffle House, Marco's Pizza, Schooner's and Finn's Island Style Grub. A quick drive to other favorites like Dat Cajun Place Cafe, Pineapple Willy's, Mellow Mushroom, Guardalajara, Hammerhead Fred's, and Captain Jack's Buffet. Go-Karts, putt-putt and rides is just a few minutes drive to Emerald Falls.
There is a designated parking space available for guest parking near the front of the unit with #8 marking on it. It is in an uncovered parking space near the trash container which is fenced in.
You will receive the door code in the Airbnb App Messaging System prior to your arrival.
