Guest for unit 305 is advised to park in the South Parking Garage for closest walking distance to our unit. Aside from the use of the entire condo unit 305, guests also have privilege of the resort facilities such as the 5 pools located in the resort with their wristbands, the 2 Jacuzzi tubs, and the gym with their wristbands. These places are found by viewing the map directly in front of the Elevators on the North side of the Resort. Private Beach Access Door Code is 4132 it is located across the street beside Pineapple Willy's Restaurant.

Laketown Wharf Resort is across from Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. Walking distance to Panama City Beach Walmart Supercenter, Wonderworks, and Ripley's Believe It or Not and many other places and things to do.

Getting around is best with a vehicle. Walking is great also if you don't have a vehicle since many attractions are near enough to walk. Parking for our unit is in the South Parking Garage; plenty of spaces to park just about anywhere convenience. There is an elevator available from the parking garage. For optimal walking distance to our unit, guest should use the main elevators on the lake side of the building.

IMPORTANT: The wristband is located on island kitchen drawer by the house rule folder when guest arrive. Make sure you register the correct number of guests in your reservation on. Please leave the wristbands in the drawer by kitchen counter when your leave.
