Experience your own Alpine Retreat, just steps from the Gondola, located at the Winter Park Resort! Alpine Retreat is steps from the lift, with only a 300 yard walk. This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers plenty of space and accommodates up to 6 guests. Located on the Resort Amenities deck in Winter Park, Colorado, with Hot Tub, Gas Grill, lounge chairs, tables and gorgeous patio with incredible view of the mountains and ski hill. Fireplace makes for great relaxation after a day on the mountain.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a delightful retreat for all seasons. With its generous size, it provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The living area is designed to be comfortable and inviting, with tasteful leather furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The living room fireplace makes for great relaxation after a day on the mountain. Whether you want to soak in the hot tub or simply bask in the sun on the lounge chairs, this deck has it all. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains add an extra touch of serenity to your experience. This condo is steps away from the Gondola and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Winter Park.

Although the towns of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the Winter Park Resort is closed approximately between:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Elevations by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please be aware the amenities deck, including hot tubs and grills was/is under construction for Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe. There may be loud construction noise while hot tubs replacement project is completed. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. If you have any questions, please message us.
*Regarding Reopening/Access to the Amenities Deck:
- Founders Pointe is complete as of the first week of February 2025! [Guests from both buildings may access & use the amenities deck.]

The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

Traveling to Winter Park Resort:
• Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle)
• Find carpool buddies with the TreadShare app
• Take the Amtrak train: Winter Park Express ( seasonal) / California Zephyr (once daily)
• Take a shuttle: DIA on Home James Transportation / Grand Mountain Rides
• Use the free bus system "The Lift" if you're staying in town (download the app: Lift Rider App)

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Fantastic condo for Skiiing

Very clean, very comfortable condo that was right across the street from the gondola. Really big hot tub as well in a beautiful courtyard that was accessible from this unit! Great stay for some spring skiing.

Amazing location - 5 minute walk across the street and through the village to the Gondola.The hot tub was closed for renovations while we were there, but the hot tub deck was right outside the patio door.Parking garage and ski lockers on the ground floor, easy to get skis in and out and grab them on the way to the slopes.Comfy bed, but could use some new pillows - they were a bit lumpy.

Beautiful condo and location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location can't be beat for a weekend of skiing - just an easy walk across the street to get to the base, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful view with an amazing hot tub area immediately out the back door. Check-in and parking were very easy. We hope to stay again!

Great condo and location!

Perfect location! So close to lifts and village shops/restaurants and loved that the hot tub was right off the back porch! We had 12” of fresh powder for skiing in late April! Also, spring splash and bash was fun to watch! Had wonderful time and would for sure stay here again!

Great location for skiing

Location was perfect, the underground parking was great, new hot tub was a great way to end the day. A short walk to the lift as well. Very easy drive from the city Only issues were the unit is showing its age, furniture needs to be replaced, bedding was quite old with ripped sheets on the primary bed, pull out couch was over used. Stools were pealing in the dining room. It had the feeling that the home was pulled together from garage sales. Could be a top property with very fixable issues in the home. Overall a great stay but not at 10 for a property.

Excellent condo in a building which is perfectly located

The condo unit is fantastic and the building location is excellent. This is one of the few units in the building which allows you to walk directly out to the hot tub and big patio area. I would highly recommend it.

The unit definitely met our expectations. Property was nice and clean. Location was great. Our only issue was the hot tub located outside the room was inoperable 2 of the 3 nights we were there. There is another hot tub in the other building that we were able to use instead.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family decided on a last minute getaway and landed in Winter Park. I was the perfect rental for our family of 5. We brought our clothes and toiletries, and that is all we needed. The condo was stocked with all of the essentials and even games for the family to play at night. The condo walked out onto the shared hot tub area. We loved having the outside access. The village was a quick walk across the street and filled with restaurants and fun for the family. The hosts were awesome. Very quick to answer any questions and gave us all of the information we needed to stay. I would highly recommend this condo rental. We will be back!

Great place, great location!

I was super happy with the property. Everything was as described in the listing and very clean. Underground parking was convenient and seemed very secure. I loved the fact the patio opened up to the hot tub area and was just a quick few steps to get in. Kitchen had what was needed to cook some simple meals. Overall I was very happy and would rent this place again.
