Come enjoy a little bit of Texas and a lot of Lake Travis in the Lake Travis Lakeview Bungalow.

Walking up to this home, you will feel like you are arriving at a cabin in the woods, only to turn around and see the beautiful lake views, seen from the outdoor dining area, outdoor deck, living room, dining room, master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Perched up on this small hill, you'll also enjoy a view of the hills across the lake.

The Space:
This single family home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two large decks with beautiful lake views!

The entry level has the full kitchen, living area, dining, 1/2 bathroom, master bedroom (king), and full bathroom. The living area and master bedroom both have flat screen TVs.

The large front deck has an additional dining table and outdoor seating.

The master bedroom (king bed) and full bathroom are located just off of the living area on the 1st floor.

The half bathroom and laundry room (with washer and dryer) are also on this level next to the kitchen.

The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. One is a queen bed and the other has 2 twin bunkbeds (4 twin beds).

The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed. We provide bedding for this bed.

Both of the full bathrooms have bathtubs / shower.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home, garage, and backyard.

We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, spice rack / various spices. We will provide a starter amount of tea, K-cups (6), toilet paper, and paper towels. The Keurig coffee maker has a coffee pot in addition to the 1 cup maker. We do not keep any coffee grinds in the home but we do have the coffee filters in the cabinet so you may bring your favorite coffee.

We provide lake towels in addition to the bath towels.

For infants / toddlers we have a high chair, and booster seat ***available upon request. This is shared with our other rental so we need to know in advance if this is needed.

There is space for at least 3 cars and possibly a small 4th car in the driveway.

Additional Kitchen Items - tea pot, blender, mixer, crockpot, martini shaker, and standard kitchen items.

There is one hair dryer in each bathroom.

This community is about 20 miles west of Austin, and in the Heart of Texas Hill Country.

Downtown Austin is approximately 45 mins - 1 hour drive.

Austin-Bergstrom Intl. Airport is approximately 1 hour away, 47 miles.
