Tranquility at the Lake! 3 KING Rooms+Bunks, Boat Parking+ Launch, Beach Access

Your home away from home is nestled just a block off the lake, in beautiful Texas Hill Country! Surrounded by mature trees and lush landscape, this home brings you back to nature. With ample parking, you can bring your family and friends, jet skies or boat. As guests, you'll enjoy a short walk or drive to our private 50 acre waterfront park, complete with boat launch, play structures, picnic area, disc golf, and glorious sunsets. Other neighborhood amenities include Point Venture Golf Club and driving range, The Caddy Shack Sports Bar with various scheduled food trucks, Captain Pete's Boathouse marina restaurant, a large Junior Olympics sized pool, full gym, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and community library.

We offer everything you need to relax on your getaway!

Off our spacious entryway is a King Bedroom and shared half bath.

The downstairs dining and family room are great for gathering around to eat, play games, or watch the big game!

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
-Pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, etc.
-4 slot toaster
-2 Way coffee maker, compatible with ground coffee and K-Cups.
- Ninja Blender
- Basic pantry essentials
- 7 Quart Crockpot
- Brita water filter pitcher, and more!

The upstairs loft hosts a foosball table, variety of games, stocked mini-fridge, and ample seating to unwind after a day on the lake.

Off the loft is the second story balcony that's great for watching the sunrise or reading a book while you catch some rays!

The Primary King Room, complete with shower, separate tub, his and hers sinks, and large walk-in closet, Smart TV, and fold out futon for any little ones that might be bunking with mom and dad.

Also upstairs, you'll find the second King bedroom with Smart TV, the double bunk room, and a full shared bathroom.

Reminder: Don't forget to pack your fishing poles and pool toys! It can all be stored in our large garage next to our PING PONG TABLE!

This was the perfect spot for a family. The toddler was very entertained with the toys so thoughtfully provided. My husband and I love the foosball table and kitchen was fantastic to cook in.
You are almost guaranteed to see deer roaming on the front lawn.

We enjoyed our stay for spring break week. Ashley had great communication with me about everything. We looked forward to using the bbq pit but it was not well maintained so we felt it could be a fire hazard, so we did not get to use it. Pet hair was visible on the couches and bed covers. Dogs are allowed which is nice, but special attention should be made by the cleaners to address these areas for smells and animal hair.

The host was very helpful & friendly answering all our questions. The house was big and accommodating for our family of 11 including space to host a small breakfast gathering. We are from Nebraska and were here for the 2026 snow storm. The host allowed us to extend our stay due to inclimate weather at a reduced rate saving us from having to relocate to a hotel and kept our family safe. The deer are plentiful and fun to see. One thing to keep in mind if you like to shop (groceries and shops) plan for extra time.There are closer smaller stores we did not utilize. We wanted to experience H-E-B :) Thrift stores are fun in the area and Austin is close! Wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay. Beautiful home, very spacious and had everything we needed for our week stay. Very close to the private beach access, and for the most part we had the beach to ourselves during the week days. Absolutely loved feeding all the deer!!

Great place to spend with family

The house was perfect for the ten of us and 1 fur baby. Well furnished, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Was a good time spending Christmas with our kids and grandchildren.

Great location

Yearly family trip to Lake Travis. Loved how close we was to the water and the boat launch. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended this place. Ashley responds very quickly.

Great Place and community!

Excellent home! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and had access to community pool and the nearby beach and kids park. Great place for families and everyone! Quick and prompt communication from.the host. Best thing was the visit of neighborhood group of deer early morning and evening hours.
