Come on in and stay awhile in this rustic cottage set on two acres of woods in rural Olympia. Each bedroom plus living has a 50" smart Roku tv. HiSpeed WiFi & work-from-home area with desk and chair. Plenty of oversize bath towels, toiletries, supplies and a fully stocked kitchen with air fryer, rice cooker, Keurig and much more! Outside has a spacious covered entertaining area with propane heaters and fire pit table. 5 min to Nature Trails, Capital Forest & Black Lake.

This home is nestled on 1-1/2 acres of partially forested property. The neighborhood is rural and fairly quiet. The popular McClane Nature Trail is five minutes away. Black Lake, one of the larger lakes in Olympia, is about a ten minute drive with public access, dock, boat launch, trails, swimming, water slide and park.

The 101 Highway is about 10 minutes away which takes you out to the ocean beaches of Ocean Shores and Westport. And if you love the city life, downtown Olympia offers many options for a variety of cuisines including waterfront views of Puget Sound.

Capitol Lake, a favorite walking hot spots, offers stunning views of Mount Rainier as well as the historic Capitol building. Capitol Forest is nearly 100,000 acres of dirt trails, forest roads, Mima Mounds and various waterfalls.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire two acres with the exception of the detached garage which is inaccessible.

Living Room: Couch with down filled cushions as well as full size pull out bed. Two arm chairs. Side tables with USB equipped lamps. Ceiling fan with custom settings. Blanket ladder with blankets.

Coffee station: Keurig dual coffee and espresso maker. Pods in light roast, medium roast, dark roast, Dunkin Donut blend, Hazelnut blend plus Swiss Miss Hot cocoa. Individual creamer pods. To-to coffee cups, lids and sleeves.

Kitchen: Full set of pots, pans, Pyrex, dishware for 12, flatware for 12, coffee mugs, ice maker, air fryer, rice cooker, colander, cutting boards, crockpot, bakeware, cooking utensils, kitchen knives set, dish towels, etc.

Bedroom One: Two twin beds, USB equipped reading lamp, 50" Roku smart tv with two remotes. Blanket ladder with blankets. Zone controlled dedicated heater.

Bedroom Two: King bed, two USB equipped reading lamps on side tables, 50" Roku smart tv with two remotes, shelf, rod and hangers for clothing storage. Basket with throw blankets. Zone controlled dedicated heater.

Bathroom: Heater, overhead fan, bathtub, shower with separate handheld wand, hair dryer, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, bath gel, bath bombs, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, flossers, deodorant, etc.). 8 oversized bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels.

Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, laundry pods, dryer sheets and wool dryer balls, ironing board, iron, cleaning supplies.

Outside: covered patio with patio couch and chairs. Fire table, two propane heaters. Uncovered fire pit with sitting chairs.

The cottage is rurally located on a country road. While there are no sidewalks or public transportation, a car ride takes you just about anywhere you want to go in 5-15 minutes.
