Really great house! Kitchen is fully equipped, even a high quality washing machine and a dryer is available. Fast Internet also. In case of any issues Eric was able to fix it immediately! We can highly recommend the host.

Belated Family Christmas getaway

My wife and two adult children enjoyed our stay, nice easy access to the area nice place well kept and clean. Pool and bbq was close and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is great!

My husband, myself and our two college aged daughters enjoyed staying in the condo. Close to beaches, pool and the resort. It was quiet and restful. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Looking for the sun

Property was clean and had plenty of amenities to meet our needs. We enjoyed the pool, beach and pickleball courts. Wish the weather had been less rainy, but we still enjoyed our time here. Would come back again.

Lovely place

This place is located adjacent to the Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore. It is such a cute condo and the location is perfect. The manager responded to my questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

Great location with ability to spend the day in many different parts of the north shore and then return to a comfortable, safe neighborhood for the evening. Had some beach stuff to borrow.

Best vacation

Great location. Close to beaches and activities. Beautiful grounds. Grandkids loved the pool and unlocking the front door to let us in. Loved the keyless entry. Great communication with Eric our host.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious and clean. Was a lil confusing checking in with key lock boxes by the door and not enough light arriving late and coffee would have been nice to have. Otherwise the location is great with access to Turtle Bay resort. Would recommend this place for quality and price.

Enjoyed our stay. Gave a 5 star based off of what you get for the price. Great location for the North shore. Property was clean. Could use to be touched up. If you are going for a North Shore vacation less crowds and clean place with the fam this is great. Eric was also great with communication if needed.

Great visit in Hawaii

This condo had all that we needed for our family of five. We traveled from TN and stayed three nights at this location after staying at Waikiki Beach for the other 4 nights. Close to beach. Clean. Easy to communicate with owners. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect in Paradise

Great condo in a great Turtle Bay location! Comfortable for my wife, adult daughter and I. Everything works and helpful beach accessories a plus! Not sure what the fuss is about in some of the other comments. This Condo is as advertised and more.

Good, but not great for the price

We were left a little underwhelmed with this property for the price. Upstairs loft is very small, and the bathroom is even smaller to where you hit your head on the sloped ceiling. When we arrived there was dirty beach towels left out. Kitchen was missing a few basic things like a cutting board and measuring cup. Everything else was fine, and location is great if spending time on the north shore.

Best Staycation!

We've stayed at a few different units at this property and this rental was by far our favorite! The unit was well stocked with items we needed during our stay and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. Definitely a plus for families traveling with kids! The furniture in the living room and all the beds were very comfortable. There were ample clean towels and linens provided. You can tell the owners take great pride in creating an inviting space for guests. Having both AC and ceiling fans made it easy to adjust the temperature in the unit, as needed. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Eric was prompt and helpful in getting back to us. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the area. You definitely get what you pay for! Can't wait for our next staycation!

Kawela Bay positive vibes

Well appointed condo. Very quiet and relaxing property. Easy to get around. Had everything we needed including brand new sink sponge which was a first at any condo I have rented. Comfortable beds, great a/c, large beach towels, nice Bose sound system in kitchen. Easy walk to the amazing Turtle Bay resort. Closest pool was closed but another pool in same complex was open and actually nicer. Security guy Dave will hook you up with all the tennis pickle ball gear at no charge. Great pickle ball court. Two little Geckos in condo so we got double the extra luck. We would definitely stay here again in future. Easy drive to Pupukea or Kuhuku for food trucks such as Giovanni’s garlic shrimp.

Sweet condo in need of tlc

Overall, this unit was as advertised. Great location on North Shore with easy access to upscale Turtle Bay Resort. Pool located near unit was well kept and nice option for afternoon swim. (There is a charcoal grill- a gas grill would have been easier.) The condo was clean but the faucet in the kitchen sink leaked as did the dishwasher. (The manager, Eric, was responsive but handyman was scheduled after our stay). Some of the dishware was chipped and the outside of the fridge had rust spots. The ice maker worked well but the rust marks took away from the aesthetics of the kitchen. The main floor bedroom and bathroom were a good size and seemed updated. The loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and small bathroom would be best suited for kids. The sloping ceiling in bathroom works for us petite people. There were enough towels for bathing and the beach. The washing machine and dryer were large and new! I would highly recommend if those kitchen improvements are made.

Nice, quiet condo

We had a very nice time at this condo. It was my husband and I, our 2 twenty something kids and son’s girlfriend. Well appointed, everything we needed in the kitchen, shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Very clean. Nice to have the newer washer and dryer. Master bed was comfy for us. The AC worked great in the living areas and the loft. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the pools or tennis courts but did walk to the beach in about 10 min. My daughter and I walked to the pool and stayed for a few minutes with our legs in the water. The water felt nice and it was very clean. The complex was quiet and felt safe being gated. A few items that weren’t as positive: there is no AC unit in the master so it was a bit warm in there for me, even with the ceiling fan. If we would have left the door all the way open while sleeping it might have been fine with getting air from the LR but since our daughter was on the sofa bed we only left the door slightly ajar, so as to not disturb her. We did keep the master door open all day and evening and even used a box fan in the hallway to help pull cooler air into the bedroom in the evening but it was still a bit warm for me. My husband was fine. The pullout sofa is not super comfortable to sleep on but that is pretty typical. The 2 beds in the loft are smaller, more narrow than a standard twin and not the most comfortable but those that slept up there managed and didn’t complain. As the listing indicates the loft bathroom has a small shower and the area with the sink has a sloped ceiling with a very small mirror. Just something to be aware of. Overall we were comfortable in the space, enjoyed the location and the owner was great and very responsive.

Wonderful property!! Great location. Eric was great to deal with. Only bad thing to say is that the place could use a mop. Our socks got near black from all the dust and dirt after we first arrived. Not a deal breaker. We’d stay again.

Great Location

Great location if you want to explore the North Shore. We were able to get to the beaches before the crowds showed up! Close to Kahuku Sugar food truck village with lots of yummy food choices. We also had a great dinner at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi and access to the beach at Turtle Bay. We will return!

Lovely complex with easy access

We stayed at this unit for 5 days with friends. The kitchen was well stocked and there was rack of water/beach equipment to use. The upstairs/downstairs provided enough space for everyone and tye area was quiet at night. We would recommend to others.
