Nestled on a private lot with 120 feet of sandy shoreline and beautiful southern exposure, this thoughtfully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Cape offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and lakefront living. Inspired by the timeless, relaxed feel of Crate & Barrel design, the home is warm, inviting, and made for entertaining.

Our goal is simple—we want you to spend less time worrying about the little things and more time enjoying everything the lake has to offer. We've stocked the home with many of the essentials and conveniences our guests appreciate most, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation.

Lakefront Living

Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, or simply relaxing by the water. The property features:

• 120 feet of sandy shoreline

• 40-foot private dock

• Boat launch conveniently located next door

• Sunny southern exposure throughout the day

As the sun begins to set, gather around the fire pit, listen to the loons, and enjoy everything that makes lake life so special.

Water Fun

Guests are welcome to enjoy:

• 3 adult kayaks

• 1 youth kayak

• 1 pedal boat

Looking to add a little more adventure to your stay? Guests staying at the property have access to information about optional local watercraft rentals, including jet skis with convenient lake delivery. Just ask after booking, and we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Outdoor Living

The spacious deck is one of our favorite places to relax—whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, grilling dinner, or simply taking in the beautiful lake views.

We've also provided:

• Fire pit with a stacked supply of firewood

• Gas grill with two propane tanks

• Cornhole and backyard games

• Pool noodles for fun in the lake

The She Shed

One of the property's most unique features is our charming lakeside She Shed.

Overlooking the water, it features sliding glass doors, electricity, air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a television. It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book, watch your favorite show, enjoy a quiet morning coffee, or simply take in the beautiful lake views while everyone else is out enjoying the water.

Many guests tell us it quickly becomes their favorite spot on the property.

Entertainment & Technology

Whether you're relaxing after a day on the lake or working remotely for a few hours, we've got you covered.

• Ultra-fast Gigabit Internet (up to 2.1 Gbps download speeds) easily supports multiple guests streaming, gaming, video conferencing, and working remotely at the same time.

• Sonos sound system with speakers throughout the home, on the deck, and in the She Shed, so you can enjoy your favorite playlists wherever you are.

• A selection of board games for family game nights (although we're hoping the weather encourages you to spend most of your time outdoors!).
