BE AWARE! There is a second floor apartment in this building that is not part of the rental and is actively used. We could hear a person walking around upstairs, after we noted a truck parked in the driveway. And washer/dryer sounds were annoying. It is unacceptable that this is not disclosed. In fact, this situation is in complete conflict with VRBO’s substantial TV ad campaign, that you always have a whole house to yourself with VRBO!

I'm sorry you were not aware of the apartment adjacent to the house. This property fully is in compliance with the VRBO standards and is disclosed in the listing as the apartment has it's own entrance completely separate from the home. I'm sorry that you found the secondary noises an issue and will take that into consideration as we continue to take steps to provide a wonderful experience for each of our guests.
