Surprise your loved ones with an exciting trip to Gulf Shores and a memorable stay at this two-story condo! Wake up to beautiful views of Little Lagoon from your private balcony, which has been furnished with a handful of comfortable patio chairs, creating a great spot to admire the surrounding views. The home also offers a dockable pier. When you book this darling condo, you and your beloved group will be granted access to the community outdoor pool.

Inside this air-conditioned retreat, the first floor offers an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The living area has colorful and comfortable sofas right in front of a flatscreen TV with cable. Let your friends unwind and watch TV while you treat them to their favorite meals thanks to the fully appointed kitchen. This space is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The beautiful dining table off of the kitchen seats four comfortably, perfect for family meals. This level is also home to a half bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer are located on the upper level, adding a much-desired sense of privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice property, lacking on the amenities

The property itself was nice and peaceful. Easy access to the beach, the pool was clean, the pier was peaceful. The unit was reasonably clean. The fridge and the washer/dryer combo set were disappointing because they didn’t function properly. And the other amenities in the house seemed to be thrown together. The property is for sale and seemed like the extra touch was definitely lacking to make someone want to book a return trip. The space definitely has potential and the overall area was beautiful.

Fit our needs

It was right across the road from the beach and easy beach access. It was clean and met our needs. I wasn’t a fan of the washer/dryer combo as it just didnt do that job quick enough for having to wash the small amount of towels that were on the property. Would have been okay if there were just more towels for extra usage. Other then that everything was good.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. I liked that it was a little further away, but it was a very quick drive pretty much anywhere (maybe a 5 min drive to The Hangout area). The beach was a short walk (maybe 3-5 minutes) to get to and was not as busy as the main beach. The home was very well kept and suited our needs. Everything was there and we brought extras just in case, but did not have to use it (plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels). There are no coffee filters but we did bring our own. The coffee pot was extremely slow and took about 30 minutes to brew a pot. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great; however, one bed was just odd. It was lumpy looking and felt like it dipped in the middle, but it still was comfortable, just odd. We actually ended up somehow locking ourselves out of the home and Vacasa was able to get us in with the key in the lock box. They also sent us a new code and we were able to use it just fine the rest of our trip. We swam in the pool everyday and while small, it was great because it wasn't too crowded. Overall, we had a fantastic first time in Gulf Shores and loved everything about the condo!

Will be back!

This two bedroom was perfect for our family of 3! We had plenty of space and felt right at home. We love the location on the bay and short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We will be back to this unit!

Parking

The stay was okay. Not exactly what I expected. We came in our truck and getting in and out was complicated due to the man lift always parked in the fire lane. Monday there were several vehicles parked on the side making it hard to get out. I put in the wrong code and it worked. Never got fixed because I could use my code or the other code and get in.

Painting the houses without knowing

Booked this property specifically for parking underneath the house, without the knowledge of the property manager, the homeowners association decided to repaint all the units. Was unable to park underneath the unit subjecting the new car to the sun. Not happy.

short getaway

Cutie little get away place. We enjoyed the deck and the view over the bay. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. My only critique would be to upgrade the shower head. It didn't seem to work very well. I would stay here again! Thanks Melinda

Great location & complex

This condo was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The kitchen lay-out was a little weird but was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals in. So I always look at what I would improve if I was the owner. I know this unit is new to rental so it may have been rushed onto the market - the upstairs doors (bedrooms and bathroom) were squeaky and felt like they might fall off - I hope new doors are in the works. Also, the box spring in the primary bedroom was squeaky but bed was very comfortable. The all-in-one washer/dryer took forever to do a load of wash - I would have preferred a separate conventional washer/dryer instead. All in all, though, I'd probably rent this unit again as we loved the location and the quiet complex.

Wonderful

Would definitely recommend this place beautifully decorated great location absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely book this place again. The only downside are the pots and pans would recommend getting non-stick.
