First off, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. It was so cute and cozy. A couple of things though; very minor issue as it only effected bedtime for my toddler, but the tv in the twin room didn’t work at all and neither did the wifi (the wifi name given never showed up on the list of connections) so that also made it impossible to use the Roku we brought from home or the iPad. Again, very minor. We were there for the beach, not tv and wifi. The most major issue we had was the day after we arrived and finally got on the beach to relax, I received a call from management that the owner was receiving multiple complaints saying we left our dog on the balcony and he was barking. I promise, and still do, that we never intended for that to happen. Unfortunately, the faulty balcony door blew open to which he then went on the balcony. By the time my husband got back up there from the beach, he was already back inside. While I’m SUPER glad someone called because that could’ve potentially been very dangerous for our dog, which I’m sure he was barking because he was in an unfamiliar place and scared, I just want to make it clear that we feel we were not at fault. Thankfully, a maintenance person was sent to fix the doorknob so that the door would latch, it never happened again. I apologize for the situation either way and we still had a great time!
