Thank you Milla...I hope after the beginning glitches, that you would enjoy your trip. Did I tell you this? The handyman found solidified grease the bend of the pipe! Looks like our Ironman poured something down the drain...who knows why! I hope the weather was lovely and you will come again to Kona. Bobbi

Boy what a week to visit Kailua Kona- rain, wind, intermittent electricity and Oren was a trooper. Having he and his wife there was like having an owner in our condo. He communicated and helped secure everything down. He was truly amazing. This is a couple you can trust and will take very good care of things. You want these folks to rent from you because you will have no worries and your unit will be in safe and caring hands.

Amazing Hosts!

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, the condo was nicer than we expected. The hosts Bobbi and Mike were incredible.. they responded immediately to question's we had asked. I would highly recommend a stay!

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the island

Overall it was a good experience. Had mostly all we needed. Did find a cooler full of food that smelled very bad. But besides that everything was fine.

Great Location

Nice quiet spot within walking distance to downtown. Owner and property manager were very welcoming and helpful. We never had any issues for them to tend to. Like other reviews stated, the kitchen was stocked and some things to use for cooking always makes it easier. Well stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials! Would recommend to others to stay here! Simple condo.

Comfortable

Great amenities. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of seasonings and spices. Fridge had basic condiments and beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. Unit does face the highway but didn’t notice the noise very much with the AC on. Had a minor issue with the bed that was very quickly resolved within hours. Host was very responsive and convenient location close to town and restaurants. Loved the pictures and Hawaiian decor. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Wonderful place to stay, close to food, shops!

This property was great. I t was walking distance to the restaurants and shops and free trolley services. Jim the property manager was Amazing in helping us with suggestions in what to do and how to get around the island. We basically had everything we needed there, and even left some things and pool toys behind for the next guest. Overall was a great stay. Communication with owners was great!
