Refresh and recharge at this peaceful and centrally-located condo. You can reach the ocean and many choices of restaurants in 4 minutes walking. The big lanai facing the pool and ocean (partially) is a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee/tea and the sunset in the evening. A simple but deep joy comes from simply staying at the place or just walking along the ocean on the Ali'i drive. Kona Farmer Market is just 0.3 miles away. Enjoy your stay! P.S. The sofa in the living room is big enough for a mid-size person but it is not a pullout bed.

Great place to stay for a few days! We enjoyed it and location was great. Easy access to garage, elevator and not a long walk off elevator. Right in the heart of Kona and good walkable restaurants, snorkeling. Phenomenal coffee. Thank you Benita!

Great Location and Peaceful

Our stay was excellent--with easy access to the pool, gas grill, and local shops within walking distance, getting all of our shopping done and going back to the condo for some relaxation was a doable because of the great location.

Beautiful condo, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and ocean. It has a nice bbq area by the pool, or all of the kitchen amenities you need to cook indoors. Communication with our host was so easy, she is very kind, and responds quickly. This is our 2nd time staying in her condo, and if we come back to the Big Island again, I hope we will be able to stay here a 3rd time!

Condo was nice, had good knives and pans and was within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. The downside was that the Kona Pacific management decided to shut down the pool for 3 weeks in the middle of high tourist season to refresh the grout and replace a few tiles. The work crew only worked an average of 4 hours a day. Management also shut our water off one morning and the entire complex lost power one night for and hour. There was no compensation for any of these inconveniences. The condo owner was great; she tried to get them to postpone the work on the pool and gave us several suggestions on where we could travel to to swim. Otherwise is was a good place to stay.

Great place to stay while in Hilo

The location was amazing, close within walking distance to shopping, and dining, the condo was very homey, had everything we could possibly need. Communication with the owner was very easy, and she was very nice and accommodating. We will 100% refer friends and family, and hope that we could rent it again when we come back to the big island.

Lovely condo and host

This condo was fantastic... nice accommodations, pretty view, great location, and the host, Benita, is on the ball. She is really available to answer any questions and she checks in regularly to make sure everything is going well. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and condo

The cleaner could have done a better job cleaning the floors before we came but when brought to the attention of the owner they were prepared to rectify the situation immediately. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

Eat, relax, swim

Great location, easy stroll to the resturants and entertainment. The condo is spacious, clean and quiet. The pool and surrounds are cleaned everyday. Everything you need has been supplied for an enjoyable stay. There is an allocated parking space. An excellent place to stay.

Lovely Condo, Close to Town

We spent 18 days in this lovely condo. It is in a fantastic location close to all the shops and restaurants. Walking to town takes no time at all. Communication with the owner was very easy, and she was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to visit again! Mahalo

Fabulous place

The property is very well appointed with everything you need to stay including items that you would normally need to purchase, so thank you. Lication was superb and allowed us to do the things we needed to and gave us a great bade to relax in when we returned from day trips I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone looking to stay on Kona. anyone

Spacious 1 bedroom

The location to town was great. This unit looks out over the swimming pool. Parking underground was conveniently located to the elevator. The kitchen was adequately supplied; the owner was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner.

Only one thing missing...

Our cats. Otherwise a wonderful home away from home. Beautiful, clean condo. Every amenity needed including in-room laundry, enormous smart TV, beach gear and pool. Walking distance to several restaurants from which you can watch sunset. Easy access to major roads and attractions. Don't miss Greenwell Farms Coffee tour and Cloud Sanctuary. Superb host! Comfortable place for a short visit

We enjoyed this spacious place and how convenient it was to town. One turn off was the pool rules, very confusing to encourage families with kids to stay here but have a ridiculous list of rules on how they can play, health and safety are always priority but when you can’t have a simple toy or play simple pool games under adult supervision it certainly makes us feel we are staying in a restricted 55+ community. Respectfully if that’s the vibe you are going for then just don’t make the property open to families with young children.
