We stayed here with a couple of other families and we had a great time. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and always was quick to reply when I had questions. It was clean and well laid out and the listing was accurate. Our kids loved the pool and it was very conveniently laid out (off the living room). We would definitely recommend!

Our family of five had a great time at this cabin. Check-in was easy and the property was ready as promised. The teens loved having their own rooms with big beds and private bathrooms. Things I liked about the cabin included a full-size fridge with water and ice in the door, hooks in the pool area for towels and swimsuits, and even puzzles (which we didn’t do). The AC, water pressure, and hot water all worked great. WiFi was good except in the second-floor bedroom furthest from the router—a challenge for our internet-loving teen.The cabin was stocked with extras like toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Towels were folded decoratively, and the toilet paper had stamped seals—nice touches! The beds were high, so I had to hop to get in. The mountainous terrain is sloped but our SUV handled it fine. Roads getting into and out of the resort are windy with some 20 mph zones, but my husband enjoys winding roads. The location was great with attractions and dining under 20 minutes away.Minor issues: the porch string lights didn’t work, a few bulbs were out inside, and the pool table was off balance with a chipped cue ball and no chalk. The living room vent was dusty, and the trash can smelled strongly of smoke at first but the smell faded. Overall, small issues aside, the cabin was clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We had a relaxing stay—thank you!

Nice Getaway!

The cabin was nice, everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was a hit with the children in our group, (and the adults. ). We enjoyed the large kitchen table as well as the open floorspace for the kids to play. We also appreciated the carpet on the stairs inside, as alot of cabins have slick wooden stairs. This is a game changer for those of us who are clumsy, as well as for the young children. It was a very snowy weekend which was beautiful but the cabin is located at the bottom of a steep hill, typically wouldn't be a problem, however if you visit in the winter and don't have 4wheel drive, be aware. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold weather, as well as the view, but because there is nothing to block falling debris from the trees it inevitably got into the tub the first time we used it. No fault of the owners, but we can recommend a screen on the side of the porch! Thanks for a lovely time!

Awesome Family Trip

We had a great at this cabin. We were a family group ranging from ages 9-87. The two main master made it great for the older ones in the group. While the kiddos loved the big queen size bunk beads. Cabin was very clean and host were absolutely amazing. They even check in after a storm to make sure we were okay. We had a great trip.

Loved the resort and cabin

The owners were very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. The kids enjoyed the cabin pool and the resort pool. They were very easy to rent from and we would rent from them again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! We stayed on the very roomy deck a lot just spending time together. Kids loved the pool and the game room. The hot tub was a hit for the adults. The cabin had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children 3 and under. We will define recommend this cabin to all our friends and family.

Everything was amazing. The only issues we had were with the BBQ grill (it burned everything) and the trash. We had ¹1 people and didn't think it was right to have to pay 30 extra dollars to have someone come empty it. Everything else was amazing. Thank you

Spacious for a family of 5

The cabin was as listed, very spacious and in a great location to easily access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The pool and games were perfect to keeps the kids occupied when we stayed in. We had everything we needed to be able to cook and eat in when we wanted. The homeowners are very nice and available if needed. Overall we loved our stay! Thank you Jan and Woody!

Family Thanksgiving Week

2 families and Grandma (ages 12-76) stayed over Thanksgiving week. The property is located in a community of other cabins not far from the parkway. The location is ideal as it is not far from restaurants, shopping, and many popular attractions. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a gas grill. 4 large bedrooms with comfy beds all have their own bathrooms. The gaming table, hot tub, private indoor pool, and pool table provide endless hours of entertainment. With the location, safety, and amenites, this property is hard to beat!

Top Notch Cabin and Rental. Very Clean and Functional Layout

We really enjoyed our long weekend in this rental. The cabin was beautiful and well taken care of. This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Usually you find a mess under the beds and in hard to reach crevices, but even those areas were clean. The cabin had a functional layout. We really enjoyed the bedrooms locations as everyone felt like they had their own space and privacy. Our family loved all the amenities with the pool table and arcade in the loft, then the pool and hot tub just steps from the living room. We really like the location being close to everything but not in the middle of all the traffic, lights, and noise. This cabin did not disappoint and was an excellent choice for our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids)

Bear Waves Cabin

Bear Crossing Resort is about 15 minutes off the parkway. It's a really nice resort with an indoor & outdoor community pool. It has free mini golf as well. We stayed in early Oct. & the outdoor pool was closed. Bear Waves cabin was clean, roomy,& well stocked. It has a hot tub on the deck & even has a heated pool inside the cabin! There's a pool table, arcade game, puzzles, & other games. The owners are great! We went thru VRBO & the process was quick & easy. I highly recommend this property & Bear Waves cabin in particular.

Great Vacay in Smokies

Cabin was exactly as advertised. Cabin was very clean. Cabin is in a neighborhood of similar cabins. The community pool and mini golf were loved by my grandsons. You will probably need to drive to the club house. You are in the mountains and walking up the steep hills may not be practical for members of your group. Also, the owners have worked to make the Wi-Fi connection as fast as possible. We would stay again.

Get Away

Very enjoyable. Kids loved the indoor pool and the adults loved relaxing. Did get some loud neighbors toward the end of the stay. Apparently the 10 pm quiet time didn't apply to them. Not the owners fault by any means. There were 12 of us in all from 3 months to 62. Would stay again.

Great property with a lot of activities!

This house was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the house as well as the community pool and miniature golf. The house was spacious enough for two families and close to Pigeon Forge for other entertainment.
