Relax, unwind at this beautiful respite haven on private lake. Enjoy lake views from every room of the house. Swim, kayak or fish right out of your backyard or hike scenic waterfall trails nearby. Watch breathtaking sunsets from screened veranda while dinning or sitting back with a glass of wine. Tranquile and secluded yet only 15 minutes to historic Schenectady or Amsterdam and 45 minutes to beautiful Saratoga and famouse Saratoga Race Course - a Thoroughbred horse racing track, the oldest major sporting venue of any kind in the US. The house is handycapped accessible.

Heaven seems a little closer in a house besides a water. This home is on a private lake, which you can see from every room of the house. At any point you can step in your backyard and jump into water, get sun-tanned on private shore and enjoy the nature. Fishing, birdwatching, hiking and more! Very quiet area to get de-stressed and feel away from civilization back to origin. Yet it is only 45 mins to beautiful Saratoga and famous Saratoga Race Cource, 15 mins to Rivers Casino and historic Schenectady.

I fell in love with my house from the first sight. The lake view from living room just took my breath away. Open airy spacious floor plan with vaulted ceiling is perfect for warm family and friends gatherings. Clean unpolluted air, surreal sunsets, bright stars at night and rich wild life around add extra benefits to this property. I hope you enjoy staying at this place as much as I do. The house is handicapped accessible since it was built with such person in mind.
