Excellent communications with host...before ,during and after stay. Great location, close to amenities. Comfortable beds. Wonderful to have washer and dryer on a weeklong stay. We will be coming back to Tampa.and this is on our top 3 list of Tampa VRBO!

All kitchen appliances, we need, were available. Table service for 4.Nice quiet neighborhood; just don't let the screen door slam. I had to apologize to the neighbor’s small dogs a couple of times when I disturbed them. Easy in and out from neighborhood to US HWY 19.Anyway, great stay!

This is a very cute house in a quiet area. It fit our needs well and is located near a number of attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with regarding the property.

Loved this property, the host was quick to respond to all communications, the home was extremely clean, and felt warm and welcoming when we arrived. The screened in back yard porch was a lovely place to spend our evenings!

Beautiful home away from home

My teen son and Inwere very comfortable here. I liked the full kitchen, new appliances and screened sunroom overlooking the tropical trees and birds. My son loved the high speed internet. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice and very appreciated extra. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The house was perfect for our needs

Great location, house was well clean, & we loved the layout. We had a smoke alarm go off & the owner was quick to make sure everything was okay at the house. 10/10 recommend. Will hopefully be back next year.

Great property. Beautiful wood look tile floor throughout. Large bedrooms. Super nice kitchen. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the screened patio. Great option - more elbow room than a hotel.
