The cottage was very cozy , clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. The location was great. Our host was always available and responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. We highly recommend this cottage

A nice cottage, centrally located. All the amenities - full kitchen 2 bedrooms, large living area, outside seating, access to bbq. Would highly recommend.

The cottage house was a perfect place to stay. The house was very clean, charming decor, and the perfect location. What a beautiful neighborhood! We were minutes away from the Sponge Docks and just blocks away from downtown Tarpon Springs. We enjoyed walking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and shops. The cottage house was near beaches and John and Karen had beach chairs, coolers and beach tents to use--so convenient. The cottage had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to stay in and watch a movie and had a beautiful sitting area outside. The cottage was perfect for relaxing and it was just the vacation house getaway we we looking for when visiting Tarpon Springs.

A very cozy cottage style home, our hosts thought of every little detail to make our stay so special. Everything was so clean and nice for us, many ideas for things to do and places to eat, etc. Would stay again next time we come to the area. Thank you John and Linda.

We loved the apartment and the location. We have already booked for next year. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. John and Linda were very friendly and helpful.

One of the nicest places that we have stayed. The apartment is very clean and the hosts have added so many touches. The unit is well stocked and and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to guests wanting to stay in the Tarpon Springs area.

Excellent location. Can see the water from front yard. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. 5 min walk to downtown with great food and cute shops. There was a farmers market too. Sponge docks are walkable but we drove

Our main house is 110 years old. The cottage was built around 1925 and was renovated several times over the years. My son and I renovated the property about 7 years ago and my wife is responsible for all the decor. She does a great job.
