A very cozy cottage style home, our hosts thought of every little detail to make our stay so special. Everything was so clean and nice for us, many ideas for things to do and places to eat, etc. Would stay again next time we come to the area. Thank you John and Linda.

One of the nicest places that we have stayed. The apartment is very clean and the hosts have added so many touches. The unit is well stocked and and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to guests wanting to stay in the Tarpon Springs area.

Wonderful cottage in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and Old Town charm. Clean, bright, friendly. Don't worry about parking. There is a ton of street parking. In fact, your car was the only one parked on the block. We will be back.

Quaint apartment

The property is in a convenient location close to downtown tarpon springs. It was clean and felt safe. The larger bed was comfortable. They had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen stuff. The price was fair. Some things to note, though:-The listing does not show how small the second bedroom and bathroom are. They are very tiny. The shower was not standard size. -The second "bedroom" did not have a door.-The only bathroom is located in the larger bedroom.-The doors to the larger bedroom and bathroom do not shut completely.-There are two AC units, one in each bedroom. They don't keep the living area and kitchen cool.-If there is someone staying in the apartment upstairs, you can hear everything...Despite that, it was a pleasant stay overall. I would only recommend this place for a single couple.

Comfy Cottage

The grounds and cottage are very delightful with outdoor seating. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Beds were comfy. Loved being in walking distance to the Sponge Docks, restaurants and shopping. Bicycles were available to use and the bike trail was close by. John and Linda are very attentive and available for any questions or requests. Enjoyed sharing stories with John and appreciate his tips on places to visit around the area. Highly recommend staying here for a chill place to stay.

Excellent place to stay.

Cute and comfy

Great property in great neighborhood! This was the perfect little cottage for my daughters and I to stay for our short visit. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend:)

Weekend Away

We enjoyed our stay very much. Short walk or drive to downtown Tarpon Springs and Greek Village. Got to see dolphins swimming in nearby bayou. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Our main house is 110 years old. The cottage was built around 1925 and was renovated several times over the years. My son and I renovated the property about 7 years ago and my wife is responsible for all the decor. She does a great job.
