This newly renovated, 700 sqft 1920's home is loaded with charm and amenities. Situated in south downtown Prescott, you're just a short walk away from the heart of the city and Whiskey Row. Stroll across the street and enjoy live music and great beer at Prescott's most popular brewery.

Sunday Ticket now available for all of our football fans!

This two bedroom, two bath has been fully renovated with a stylish, modern flair. New heating and AC installed last year. Each of the two bedrooms has a cozy queen bed, with the master bedroom boasting it's own spacious ensuite. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. The backyard is fenced for your own privacy and pets. Sit under the pergola with your morning coffee and look out over the pristine garden, or bbq your favorite dinner on the patio.

Perfect location for walking downtown to enjoy our local shops, antique stores, farmer markets, and delicious restaurants. LazyG Brewhouse, the most popular brewery in Prescott, is just a minute walk across the street. Pet and kid friendly too! Just a short drive from the house, you'll find access to the countless hiking trails and over 300 miles of mountain biking trails. This was perfect. The house was clean and neat. It was very close to all the restaurants and bars on Whisky Row. The backyard was a good size. Very cozy with a fire pit And the host was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

So glad I found this property. It is exactly as described. And very well laid out. Despite the size, it felt very spacious. All amenities and essentials were provided, there was nothing I felt was missing. In a great location to get to whiskey row (maybe 10 minute walk) and easy access to different walking paths. Kim was great and so welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

Such a cute space and has everything you need. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living area offering privacy from the other guests. A cozy patio area with a firepit was s nice way to end the night. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again

Beautiful property! They thought of everything. It was beautiful and well outfitted, comfy but not cluttered. They had extra touches of hospitality (like cream in the fridge, board games and snackies) Loved it!

Perfect Stay – Clean, Cozy & Cute!

We stayed one night before heading out to hike Havasupai Falls and absolutely loved it! The place was super clean, cozy, and so cute. We honestly wish we had one more night to enjoy it. Highly recommend as a great base camp for your adventure!

Wonderful home!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO! Kim’s home was an 8 minute walk to the heart of whiskey row! We plenty of room in the cozy home, but spend the majority of it exploring the town and enjoying all the food and drink it had to offer. Initially we had come for a golf trip, however, Prescott had a blizzard the night before we came and the golf courses were closed. We made the best of it and would stay at this home again in the future!

Kim and Brent are avid travellers who have lived in Italy, England, Rhode Island, Oregon, California, Idaho, and Arizona. In 2014, we decided that Prescott was our forever home. We bought this house in 2021 and rebuild it from the studs up! We love great food, good drinks, and even better company. Hopefully we can make your stay the best it can.

South downtown is having it's moment right now. There are lots of new restaurants and coffee shops popping up within just a few minutes walk from our house. It's less busy and more eclectic than the square.

We completely renovated this 1920's home. We're pretty sure it was a Sears home, which people ordered through their catalog. It has a great outdoor area and an eclectic design inside.
