The condo was perfect! Clean, great location, host replied immediately to my question at check-in. I appreciated the clear instructions left on the notebook for checkout. I would definitely stay again. The pool was mentioned in the review but it was October and we did not have the option to take advantage of this.

It was very cute and just what we needed. Everything was in working order, however we could not use any streaming apps even when we tried to connect to hotspot from phone. We could find local channels to watch.

All we needed to conveniently go on Bourbon trails

This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe

Good location

Property is in a good location. There was quite a few dead bugs on the floor and there was a weird smell. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Convenient location, simple/small but comfortable!

Very easy to get around from this location to anywhere in the Frankfort area. Good parking, quiet neighborhood. As described, at a good price point. Comfortable bed, helpful to have the table under the TV to place personal items since bathroom is small.

Landscaping Expo

Our stay was ok. It was cheaper then a hotel so we decided to get it a try. The area is not the best area, but surprisingly quiet. We really had no problems. Host needs to do some maintenance on unit. But overall it was a good stay.

Frankfort stay July 2023

All was well. I thought someone was trying my keypad one nite; it was a false alarm I believe, but that was when I realized my porch light was out…only one in this row of apts. - important to fix for next guests so one can see thru peep hole at nite if necessary. Otherwise, all was clean, comfortable, adequate. Thank you.

Building a home

We had a long stay at this property due to building a home and it was everything we needed. Great space and quiet nights. Super close to playground and pool for kids in the summer.

Great Stay

Nice and clean and very welcoming

We will definitely stay again when Sprint Football season comes around next year. The condo was clean, modern, and very cozy. We will try to rent multiple units when our family travels to watch our son play football.

Cute Condo in Historic Frankfort

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting family in Frankfort. The condo did smell a bit like cigarette smoke, but it wasn't enough to cause a headache or anything. The condo itself is nice and modernly renovated, and was easy to find on the first floor with parking near the unit. The few questions we had during our stay our host was very responsive to and helpful. Our girls enjoyed sleeping on the comfortable sofa bed, and also enjoyed breaking in the board games that were available in the closet. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit on the firm side. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice getaway

Hubby and I loved the fact everything we wanted to experience were only minutes away. A very tasty Mexican restaurant and pizza joint is a quick walk down the hill. Condo is very clean and inviting! Extremely quiet! We will be back. Thank you, Michael and Julie

Nice, quick stay!

This was a nice little condo, we only stayed one night, but is was very comfortable with great little touches. Communication with the host was fantastic, bed and sleeper sofa was comfortable, and it was very quiet.
