Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo. King size bed and granite in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while just steps from eateries, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, donuts, sub shop, gym and barber.

Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.
2 miles to I-64, the Airport, Walmart.

From the price to the location and the overall condition and amenities included, this was the easiest vacation accommodations I've ever had. The hosts even provided donuts for our wake-up the second day. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. The location was perfect too, close to everything we experienced in Frankfort. Thank you so much!

Overall, the accommodations were good. I have a few complaints though. The unit was on the 2nd floor which would have been nice for this information to be in the listing as I would not have booked this unit. I have physical limitations that makes it difficult to go up and down stairs. Everything was clean except the kitchen sink had large amount of dust/hair in the drain, looked like the cleaner rinsed dirt cup from vaccuum or mop in sink then didn't clean out drain. Also, there was odor that was indicative of a smoker being in the unit recently, I could smell it when I first went in unit but once I got home, all my belongings smelled like cigar smoke. Clothing and suitcase were easily washed but I had to replace all my cpap parts/filters when I got home. It took nearly a week for the smell to be gone from my cpap machine itself.

If you are looking for your home away from home then you have found your place. Everything you need is right there for you to settle in and relax. The communication leading up to my stay was outstanding with all my questions answered quickly. Check in was very easy and the directions to the unit were very helpful. Upon checking in there was a very tasty treat of local donuts waiting for me. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and several granola bars for a snack. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked with towels and it had a conditioner/body wash/shampoo dispenser in the shower, very handy! The living room couch was very comfortable and a great place for a nap!
