great host and great rental unit

Henson was very helpful with all our needs. The AD is accurate and everything was as good as any hotel I have checked in to . The location, the apartment , amenities are excellent. Communication with host is excellent. I would definitely recommend and would rent again if staying in Victoria. Nice location, some concerns

We were generally disappointed with our stay in this suite. I would say the majority of reviews do not represent this suite. We had concerns with the suite's overall cleanliness and condition. The host was responsive and did assist after a request for a second key/fob and toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

A Great Stay

We had come into town to visit with family and take in some Chargers Volleyball. Upon arrival, the instructions were lengthy but accurate which made things very easy. The condo was beautifully maintained and in a perfect location for our needs. We weren't able to utilize the fitness room or the pool this trip, but look forward to our next stay there.

Excellent location, secure parking. View of Capital. One towel per guest and no wash cloth, not a big deal but something good to know.

Great Location, Close to Everything.

Enjoyed our stay ! Close to everything ! Enjoyed the small heated pool. The air conditioning was very enjoyable. Overall a great place. There were a few wrinkles, however. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was bagged out and one side rail on one side was supported by books. Had fun thanks !

Great location and perfect setup for our family

Wonderful stay! The setup with 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). Kids had their own spaces, communal space on the ground floor was perfectly fine for a party of 4, and we also loved the roof deck. Note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are floors 2 and 3, which I realize might not work well for those with special needs. We didn’t cook but found everything we needed for our quick breakfasts. Communication and access were a breeze. Parking was kind of adventurous bc Seattle residents park facing any direction they want. Our car got coated in sap one night by the girls and boys club area. All part of the PNW adventure for our family! Great location - everything major seemed to be 10-20min drive away, with shops and food within a few blocks. We walked to the grocery store, produce stand, Scandinavian shop, etc easily. My only suggestion would be to add some pillows to the bedrooms. We weren’t quite sure if we were supposed to use the ones with decorative shams for sleeping but didn’t find many alternatives in closets.

Downtown Victoria

Great location but needed another key fob and key to get in when we went to different places. More supplies needed, toilet paper and garbage bags but generally well equipped.

3 night stay with family

Great location. Very easy to navigate the city from this spot. Many restaurants within short walking distance. Quiet and clean, just as shown in description. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed. Will look to stay here again when I make it back to Victoria.

Clean and secure. Convenient location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Surprisingly quiet, and the friendly seagull strutting on the ledge next to the kitchen window was a whimsical way to start our day!

Expensive, for what you get

Pool and building was great! Master bedroom was perfect. Other bedroom was okay. Kitchen, living room and dining area were cheaply furnished. The dining area had a high bar table. The suite was dark. The pots and pans were coated in teflon. For what we paid, the space should have looked a lot nicer. My brother stayed on the 5th floor and his place was furnished beautifully throughout. They had beautiful bedding, a luxurious white sofa, cushions and big kitchen table w comfortable chairs. They had proper pots and pans. The suite was bright and refreshing.

The condo was clean and located close to all the biggest attractions (museum, harbour, shopping, restaurants etc…). Parking was secure as was the building. Bed and pillows were super comfy and great view of downtown, we were on the 9th floor and could see the parliament buildings. Communication was they email with great instructions and answered all my questions. The condo was clean and my kids loved it and there was access to Netflix, Prime and others. Washer and dryer in suite which helped out a lot in not having so much laundry to wash when we got home. The gardens and pool were nice and there is also a great Greek restaurant right next door. The only challenge was the building is so secure you need the fob for getting anywhere in the building so when my daughter was at the pool or someone wanted to go out and needed the fob no one else could leave or they would get locked out. Otherwise it was a great experience and we will definitely be booking it again!

Great location, modern apartment

Very nice location within walking distance to many things you'll want to do. Safe and secure parking. The check in process was explained well, you go and pick up the keys nearby, pretty simple, and drop them off at check out. The unit was clean and quiet. The city is beautiful and I would recommend staying here because it is close to everything you'd want to do.

Lovely stay Victoria

Location is central. Condo was clean, well decorated & well stocked. Property manager was easy to contact & responsive. The only thing I would recommend are room darkening window shades in the bedrooms.
