This quiet, private resort has so much to offer everyone who is our guest. 2 restaurants and Tiki bar with live music on property. We will be back. Condo was stocked with dishes, the view from the balcony was beautiful, peaceful property, the restaurant options local were great, the pier was beautful. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

Loved this place! Very well planned. The beds were very comfortable; and like the story of the three bears, the pillows were not too soft, not too fluffy that puts your neck at a bad angle, but just right !! Many little touches that most people don’t even consider when traveling were well thought out. Small example: there was a drawer with asst things you have at home but don’t necessarily think to carry with you on trips… like needle and thread kits, bandaids, etc. Of course kitchenette and bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. (not always a guarantee in a large complex.) Best of all. Kudos to whoever decided to put rocking chairs on the balcony. This really made our stay feel extra special WELL DONE Jim / Todd !!! Thank you for making this part of our vacation the best part. Laurie and Owen

Family visit

We have stayed at this unit in the past and have enjoyed it. Located on back side of resort with terrific water view. Spacious and clean unit with 2 beds (very comfortable), 2 refrigerators, beach towels and quality bath towels. Easy access to all resort amenities.

Quiet and Convenient

My son and I visited family in Ruskin. This offers the best location in the area with the best view and great amenities. The property was clean, spacious, had a great balcony with view and was very comfortable and well-stocked. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Tampa Bay area.

Little Harbor Gem!!

A wonderful stay in this Unit made our vacation extremely enjoyable. The Unit is beautiful, clean and immaculate. It comes with a peaceful and incredible water view!! It is well appointed with a larger refrigerator and all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was perfect and Todd was very helpful in arranging our stay.

Very surprising

accuracy of online listing I put three stars because the listing, although adequate, did not prepare me for how nice this location actually was. This may have been the best bang for my buck I've ever experienced globally. Thanks for being apart of such good memories. I plan on returning.

Perfect!

This was a wonderful vrbo condo. Just as listed. Great communication with owner, super easy check, very comfortable and awesome view! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little kitchen was perfect and nicely done and all kitchen needs were there. There were actually 2 refrigerators which was very helpful. Plenty of shower towels and pool towels. The view was great. We saw lots of different birds and some were building their nests right outside our window. The balcony was large with 3 rocking chairs. We also had a nice view of the pool. We were very happy with our choice and would love to come back again!

First Condo Rental

The Google Earth View of the lot was not accurate. Communication with the owner was excellent. The accommodations were adequate but not what I expected. This unit is a Hotel room, not a Condo. The space was small. It did fit our requirements. The building is older and as such needs some attention. The main fridge had its thermostat set to freezing, therefore we lost some food to frost damage. Not the end of the world, just inconvenient. The pool had many visitors that did not have passes. The security people did enter and I presume check for passes. I noticed people walking a far distance to come to the pool.
