This is a top tier rental that couldn’t be closer to the beech. Looks amazing with plenty of room. My daughters and grandkids had an outstanding time. Everyone was impressed with this house. Extremely well decorated and the pool table was a lot of fun for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was very clean, well kept, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived.Scott was an amazing host—extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable.We had a great family beach getaway and made some wonderful memories here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place near the beach!

Wonderful Stay

We have been to SPI many times, this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The property was awesome! Location was close enough to the beach to walk and just far enough away to not have a crowd at your door. It was walking distance to just about anything you could possibly need of want. The property owner checked in on us and made sure our stay was event free. We are planning next years trip already. We just cannot thank Scott enough for all the kindness. I would highly recommend this property!

The house was amazing! It was super clean and had enough space with bathrooms for all our guest. There were several different living spaces so people could spread out for different entertainment. Scott was VERY accessible by phone/text to help with any quick questions about specifics. We will for certain be renting this house again when we are back in SPI. We recommend this place for large family gatherings.

Beautiful Home and location

Great property and great island location. Also great Host. Thank you very much. The family enjoyed how this house was across the street from the beach. The house had ample room for our family trip.

Perfect fit!

It was a beautiful home and well maintained! It was great for our entire family to have their own space and then gather together without being on top of one another. Super close to the beach and anything else you might need/want. The owners were responsive when we had questions and so pleasant to speak with. Definitely thinking of making this an annual visit!
