A spacious and elegant Beachview Home, offering super easy beach access and amazing views of the Gulf. 3500sq ft of living space, with 4 bedrooms - each with en-suite Private Bath ( and 3 of them Master Bedrooms). Our home will easily accommodate groups of up to 12 in luxurious, spacious comfort.

OceanView is purpose built to serve vacationing families, and those with special mobility needs (Wide Halls and an Elevator). Also a great option for multiple couples vacationing together. At about 2x the size of a typical island beach house – each person in your group is guaranteed to have a ton of space to move around, relax and enjoy all the fine facets that Oceanview Castle has to offer.

Enjoy coastal breezes and listen to the ocean from the privacy of several balconies.
You’ll note upgrades everywhere including custom cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, private elevator, travertine flooring, and a water softener and Drinking water system that services the entire property.

The grand front porch stairway of Oceanview Castle spills out to speedy beach access across the street. Toes in sand in less than a minute!

Immediate Beach Access - 60 seconds from the front steps to the beach! Oceanview Castle is just a quick hop across the street from the beach. Bring the entire family - set up your gear for a whole day on the beach. Need to make a pit stop back home for a bit of shaded rest, or a bathroom break? No problem, you’ll be there and back in a flash and wont even have to break down your beach setup!

A Private Bath for every Bedroom: Worthy of note - each and every bedroom has it's own full bath - a highly unique feature among large home rentals here on the Island. Oceanview may well be the only large family rental with a dedicated bath for each bedroom.

Game Room with Billiard Table: A game of Pool…..or perhaps there is a Big Game on this evening. The Castle provides a room to enjoy both! Mini fridge and dry bar on site.

Bathrooms abound! – every single bedroom has its very own Full Bath. All bedroom baths are appointed with Granite or Marble showers, floors and countertops! Luxurious private space! Plus, another Half Bath can be found next to the RecRoom, as well as one Outside with an outdoor shower.

Parking- and plenty of it: A 2car garage, Plus Private Drive parking for up to 3-4 vehicles (tandem) in driveway

LAYOUT:

Main Floor (2nd level): Huge open and bright living area with 9ft ceilings, Large family area with TV and comfortable leather sectional seats up to 8. Travel down the expansive hallway to the Recreation Room with Entertainment Center, Cable TV & Pool Table with DryBar. This floor also has a large bedroom with private bath right off the GameRoom – perfect for the young adults of your group.

Upper Floor- Climb the wide open, sweeping travertine staircase to the third floor for access to the 3 Master Bedrooms - each with its own private bathroom. The MasterSuite on this floor boasts its own private balcony with a splendid view of the Gulf – wake up, open the door and hear the Ocean sing to you.

Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen on Main floor. Granite countertops. Microwave, two ovens, all stainless appliances, awesome dishwasher. Keurig and standard coffee maker, plus teapot.

Dining: Epic wooden dinner Table capable of seating 12 = plus lengthy bar with 4 premium bar stools. The 10ft long ‘Kings Court Table’ serves Castle guests in style. 16 will dine in elegance and spaciousness.

Front Covered Patios – Two floors with covered patio offer Beach and Ocean viewing, sounds of crashing gulf waves, and some fine Gulf Blvd people watching. Also, enjoy the weekend fireworks right on the front porch!

• Fireworks: every Friday and Friday and Saturday night at 9:15pm – viewable right off of the covered front patio and master balcony!

NOTICES/RULES:
****INSTANT BOOKING RULE: Very Important ! Primary Guest must upload a 'fully signed and completed' copy of Rental Agreement and Driver's license within 48hrs of booking or the booking may be canceled.

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE: The inside is monitored via remote electronic sensors. Violation of this rule results in IMMEDIATE EVICTION by South Padre Island POLICE. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the porch.

WET FLOORING: Our marble and travertine floors can be extremely slippery when wet. It is highly recommended that, in order to keep all occupants safe, guests dry off completely outside prior to entering, especially with regard to the main floor and main staircase. Caution signs will be posted. Children should be closely supervised in this regard.

***REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number on the rental agreement, with exception of permission permission from owner.

****NO HOUSE PARTIES / NO EVENTS

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT POLICIES - READ THESE VERY CAREFULLY:
We want everyone to have tons of fun, however certain actions cannot be tolerated – specifically for the sake of future guests who aim to enjoy the property. The following policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED and, if violated, will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION without refund:

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE: The inside is monitored via remote electronic sensors. Violation of this rule results in IMMEDIATE EVICTION by South Padre Island POLICE. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the porch.

**PETS: Up to 2 dogs (no other type of pets allowed), up to 50lb (possible exceptions upon owner written approval) each.
*Guest is fully responsible for clean up after pet & vacuuming/sweeping all pet hair prior to departure.
*No Pets are allowed on furniture or on Beds.
*Pet must be crated if left alone in the home.
*No puppies under 9months old allowed.
*All dogs must have been spayed or nuetered.
*Within 48 hours of INSTANT BOOKING, Guest must talk LIVE (via phone) with owner & sign a Rental Agreement 'Pet Addendum' acknowledging acceptance and adherence to all house Pet rules and policies.
*Owner 'may' opt to request a security deposit for pets.

• King 2 Master - Top Floor Large bedroom with King size bed and private ensuite bathroom.
• Queen 1 Master - Good for Family with small children. Top Floor Large bedroom with Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom and a Large Walk-in closet with Mini-Bunk (2 twin mattresses) for younger children.
• Rec Room Suite - Main Floor Standard bedroom with 1 Double bed, 1 small Queen bed, and ensuite private bath.

First Floor - Apartment: Bedrooms (2) - Sleeps 8
• Queen 2 Master - Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, Heavy Duty Bunk Bed set with 3 twin size beds (including a pull-out Bunk/Trundle) and ensuite Private Bath.
• Bedroom 6- Bedroom with Bunk Bed (2 twin beds - Children up to 150lb only) and private bath.

**2 Additional Twin mattresses and 1 Air Mattress are readily available if needed. These tuck nicely out of the way into two of the large Master Suite closets on top floor, or set them up wherever else you may prefer.
