Welcome to The Village at Blue Mountain Beach 413, located in a gated complex directly off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Conveniently situated within walking distance to beach shops and local restaurants, and just a short drive to your nearest beach access!

When you return from the beach head to the beautiful complex pool. Surrounding the pool, you'll find several loungers and tables as well as the fitness center. Once you've burned off those calories, don't forget to check out Blue Mountain Creamery. The best ice cream in the area!

You can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master includes a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed should you need to sleep another 2 guests.

Distance: 0.8 miles | Time:18 minutes walking
Guests can access the beach via the public Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, located approximately 0.8 miles from the property. This access point offers restrooms, parking, and a convenient boardwalk to the sand. Nearby options also include Gulfview Heights and Grayton Beach State Park.

Blue Mountain Beach:
The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

Your stay at The Village Unit 413 - Sea Salt Blue comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great place. However, toilet didn’t flush, dishwasher didn’t work and dishes had food caked on. Notified management about toilet on Tuesday and wasn’t fixed when we left on Friday.

In regards to the WiFi, please note that although most of our units have access to internet; the service is not guaranteed due to it being provided by an outside vendor and other factors. Whenever guests have issues with the WiFi we can only trouble shoot and try to make contact with the relevant company. Farther from the public beach access than we would have liked. If there was a private beach we had no idea how to find it. The neighbors were very loud but that’s not an issue with the property other than having thin walls. The pool was freezing. At times it was colder than the ocean, or at least it felt like that. It also would have been nice to have a few more towels than one per person.

Great, convenient condo for our needs

We had to add a day at the beginning and end of our stay for our family needs and your management was more than accommodating. Walk in shower met our needs. TV in each room was a plus. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Only a few miles from our family that lives down here. Easy drive to the beach and other places. Mimmo’s was just a short walk, ice cream to top off a delicious meal. Very quiet place. Pool was great. Our grandchildren stayed with us each Friday and Saturday we only see them twice a year so we made memories. The only thing we would have liked is a dining room table and chairs instead of the counter seating but in all we will definitely come again in the fall. We sincerely thank you for all the heart warming welcome 🙏.

The location is not on the beach, but public accesses are just a quick drive away. The wifi was somewhat troublesome. It was not consistent and would go in/out sometimes. Otherwise, the TVs were great with streaming options and cable. The kitchen was well stocked, but we did have trouble starting the dishwasher. Fun weekend!

Needs a good cleaning & full redo on kitchen dinnerware & utensil

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 weeks in this rental. Plus’s are the bed & quiet (we were almost alone in these units). The unit has dirty floors, walls, fans & molding. The appliances are old. Dishwasher needs a new control board. Microwave under unit light is out. Welcome mat is disgusting! We will not be back. Upon arriving found dead roaches on the area rug. We paid way too much for this place!

We truly value the input from our guests as this helps us to make improvements where necessary. We sincerely apologize for letting you down in the area of property condition; we do our best to maintain these properties and we do falter from time to time. We can happily report that there is no longer an issue with the dishwasher as this issue was resolved by a third party company. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. It is always our aim to resolve any issues guests have as quickly as possible during the stay; however whenever a third party company is involved; we have no control over their work schedule. Your comments regarding the microwave, floors, walls, insects and mold have also been taken into account and passed on to the proper parties to make the necessary checks. Please note however that we received no reports of these issues during the stay, please remember that we are always here to assist and we take reports of mold and pests seriously. We would have offered to send back the cleaning team to the unit and also sent out an inspector regarding the mold and pests. We can also happily report that since your departure; we have had zero reports of these issues by any other guests. However; we do apologize for any inconvenience these issues caused during the stay and can assure you that we will be making the necessary checks to ensure that these will not be an issue for future stays. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect, very clean,beds were comfy,great bathrooms! The only downfall was not being able to have a golfcart on premises!! We were not told this ahead of time & this limited many restraunts,shopping & activities b/c it’s a 99% golf cart community!! Many areas do not have parking for vehicles so we were limited & had to drive further out for activities! We should have been told this ahead of time we would have not booked this place! The place was excellent in every way .. the golf cart situation put a damper on the vacation & no return phone call from Benchmark after 3 phone calls enquiring about transportation issue!! I do not like leaving negative reviews but I would not want another family with small children to be in the same situation after spending money on a place! I would inform all guest of this before a room is booked b/c it will deter renters!! Blue Mountain is a beautiful area .. we have like to explore more but we’re limited in a vehicle!
