I pretty much loved everything about the place except they could’ve had microwavable plates instead of plastic since much of my cooking involves the microwave. Also, I would’ve enjoyed a large skillet. However, the rest of the place was so nice and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Everything was great, but you will want to know that in the shared bathroom (hallway) the toilet runs intermittently. The master bath toilet takes a long time to stop running.

Relaxing Vacation

Our family of four loved this condo, not in the thick of everything but close enough to beach access and short drives to other areas. Having a two step walk to the pool was a huge bonus. Condo was quiet, well maintained, and comfortable! Modern and charming decor, we loved the kitchen and desk nook. Would definitely stay here again.

30a quiet haven

This place was perfect for our group. Off the beaten path but close enough to be convenient. From pictures thought this was a top unit but it is actually first floor. Actually worked better as my husband's parents were with us and not having steps was a plus. Loved the unit. Would stay again.

Nice, clean 2BR condo short drive from beaches, restaurants

The unit was in nice shape, very clean, very homey. Location is a few minutes drive or a decent bike ride to the western most beach accesses on 30A, which also puts it in a nice spot if you also want to head toward Topsail, Sandestin, or Destin proper. Very easy access to this ground, 1-floor unit. Park right in front. Downside is a little bit of noise from others in parking lot, and we had a bit of noise from the guests in the unit above. Staff was responsive with issue regarding wifi (though couldn't solve the issues, i.e. get the updated login info), and cleaning crew was very sweet to wait a few minutes as we got our bags into the car.

The price is right

The price is definitely affordable and the place is safe, quiet and kitchen & baths are clean. The sofa is dirty and the center cushion sits you close to the floor. Very hard to get up once seated. The TV situation is useless. After two days of trying we learned the LR is TIVO, the bedrooms are ROKU. No cable and no instructions, no phone help. WIFI only available a few hours per day it’s most generally too many devices trying to access. Written instructions for the WIFI and pool & door access codes provided.Dishes are NOT microwave safe, no coffee pot filter provided.

Poor customer service. We bought trip insurance and unfortunately needed it due to a death in the family. We immediately called the property management company and were told the place was available the following week and we could reschedule our stay. After 30 mins or so of confirming our other travel reservations could be rescheduled, we called the property to confirm that we would like to move the stay to following week. At that point, we were told that they were not going to do that. Very frustrating during a difficult time. Ratings neutral to property conditions from not being on site

This rental was a disappointmentI. It was not clean. The cooktop was filthy with grime and the oven had not been cleaned in sometime. Floor in the den was not vacuumed. It had pieces of candy on the rug. The kitchen pots and pans were old and neglected. The rug in the master was torn and a tripping hazard. So was the rug on the front porch. It was very slippery. The kitchen island chairs were uncomfortable and not functionable. Seating and tables in the pool area were sparse. The security entrance box was often not functioning. The property needs major attention. I would not recommend.

Cute beach apartment!

The apartment was super cute. It was the perfect size for two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It wasn’t far from restaurants and such.
