Fully renovated and furnished home in the Center of Lafayette Open floor plan with lots of natural light and stain concrete floors throughout. The three bedrooms sleep six people comfortably. Complete with a back patio backyard for comfortable outdoor seating. The large backyard has a wooden privacy fence. Quick and easy access to numerous amazing restaurants and entertainment venues very close to Lord Hospital and Costco in Lafayette. There is a pet fee of $75.

Best host ever! We picked this place for its proximity to the hospital and it was, at most, a five-minute drive both ways. We had to extend our stay a few times (NICU baby) and our host responded promptly to every request and made the process hassle-free. Great food all around us, a quiet neighborhood, and clean place - perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

I would definitely stay at this property again. We were very comfortable, beds were great, all was neat, clean, appreciated plenty of towels, nice toilet paper (versus the thin stuff some owners leave), cooling worked well, check in instructions and all communications were clear and easy to follow, and the location was close to shops and restaurants and very good for us. We did not do the “wine experience” and I can’t seem to remove it from the survey.

Great location and very comfortable house. Communication with the owner was exemplary. My card on file had been compromised (which was not related in any way to this stay) and he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Very satisfied with every aspect of our stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was as stated. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. I asked for an early check in since we were all coming from out of town and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. On the morning of check-in I asked how early we could get to the property and was sent the original info again stating check in time was 4:00. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Great House

This house is lovely, very clean, and comfortable. It has a great location close to supermarkets, hospitals, malls, sports arenas, movie theatre, restaurants, college, etc. It is nicely appointed with everything necessary for a care free stay, for example hair dryer, bath soap, salt & pepper, coffee, garbage bags, etc.We will definitely return.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our family to stay in. We had plenty of room to get ready and relax. The concrete floors can be a little slippery so be careful but the home is comfortable and in a wonderful area.

Perfect Wedding Accommodations for Groom’s Family

We had a great stay for my son’s wedding. Great convenient location for all of the prep and festivities. It was so much better than a hotel so we could have the conveniences of home. Clean, safe, and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Short Surgery Stay

Super convenient location. The backyard was full fenced and excellent for our dog. I usually ask but I forgot this time, so it's totally on me, there are feather pillows at this property. A couple of Benadryls and we were good to go. I have one more surgery towards the end of the year and look forward to possibly booking this location again.
