Hurricane Milton Aftermath

The overhead light in the living room did not work... I spoke with the property manager on the phone and he said he was sending maintenance to fix it and no one ever showed up during our stay to correct theproblem. However

Clean & Great Location!

The property was clean, nice neighborhood and located closely to attractions and restaurants. The only downside to the property, Game room features are very minimal, accessories were missing and no TVs in any bedrooms. I thought that was a little odd. Overall this was a quick stay and the home was cozy enough to do the job.

Nice property with a few flaws for a short-term stay

We chose this location because my parents rent a house a few blocks away. It's very convenient for everything that Kissimmee/Orlando has to offer. We came with our friends and their kids - 4 kids, 4 adults. The property itself is nice & clean and backing onto the pond is fantastic and peaceful. Communication with the property manager was great and she always responded to any requests for communication very quickly. However, this property isn't particularly well suited for short-term stays. It's missing many of the things I'd expect in a house where we're staying most of our time and cooking meals, such as: - Mat for the front and back door - More hangers (back of doors) - Hooks outside for towels and pool floaties - Whisk, Baking pans, Scissors, Plastic cups, bowls, plates (kid and pool friendly), Measuring cups and spoons, tongs, cutting boards, spatula - Night lights - More towels - Dishcloths and towels - Recycle bin for inside - Cleaning spray The broom is broken, the mattresses aren't great (particular in the master bedroom which has two noticeable divots in them so you sink your bum into them but it's not great for the spine), etc. The BBQ they provide is a very small charcoal BBQ, which assumes that the guests know how to use charcoal but even if they do know how to, you have to provide your own. Overall, good place with some flaws. Don't need any of it? Great place. Plan on cooking your own meals, then you'll need to buy all of this like we had to.

I highly recommend

One of the nicest houses we have rented and we have rented several in the past. The cleanliness of the premises is exemplary. I could, however, suggest adding equipment to the kitchen (utensils, pots and pans dishwasher clothes etc.) but otherwise we found what we were missing at the nearby Walmart. The transaction went perfectly except for a small communication problem regarding a refund but everything was settled quickly by Karina. I will not hesitate to do business with KG Florida Homes in the future.

It was ok

This was my first time ever using Vrbo and after much research I decided to book this villa for 12 days. Karina was generally prompt answering my questions in relation to cot's and highchair as we were bringing a 1yr old. As this was also a last minute booking Karina kindly offered us a discount to secure the booking. Unfortunately we agreed to pay the full amount prior to the stay, given her written confirmation we would receive a refund afterwards. To date the full refund amount has still not been received. As such there is an ongoing transaction claim with Vrbo and my credit card company. In terms of the villa it was generally ok and as decribed. Modern decor placed throughout, but showing its age elsewhere. The kitchen facilites were modern,albeit some overly complex appliances. Instructions and a peeler/ grater would be appreciated Unfortunately we found all the beds rather uncomfortable.The master was super soft whilst the other beds sqeaked everytime you moved. We also found the floor throughout was very dirty and gave us black feet from the moment we arrived. This was strange given the no shoe rule and suggested no prior cleaning. Otherwise the villa was clean. We did find 2 cockroaches inside the villa one morning but that was it. We did also come home to find a 1.5m snake outside the front door but luckily it moved after 30 mins sitting in the car. This is most likely due to the local area. Otherwise drive times to theme parks was good with supermarket nearby

Great Weekend Getaway

I booked the rental for my girlfriends who were visiting. The property was beautiful, very clean and was absolutely perfect for their weekend in Kissimmee. The host was amazing, incredibly accommodating and was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rebook in the future!

Overall a nice stay

Booking and check in was easy Karina was lovely to deal with. Villa was ok modern in decor clean enough if you don’t look to closely no iron or board but Karina managed to get us a table top one not the best to iron on, patio doors need a service very stiff and wouldn’t always lock size of the villla was great just a little shocked not much seating outside and only 1 sun lounger but Karina and her team managed to locate us 1 and we bought a lilo the pool was ok not south facing and was hard to clean as the net was all torn area was ok overall we had a nice stay can’t fault Karina and her team
