This property just makes me happy. It is a unique house that is close to everything. We decorated for Christmas and had a great time. My daughter lives in Chattanooga and I will try to stay here every time

Gunnar was very communicative from the start, before I even booked with him. The house was very cozy. The outside area was amazing! Great place to relax and enjoy your time.

hot tub was excellent! Pet friendly house and yard. Host went beyond expectation for providing firewood and other items. Outdoor TV was a hit while we were outside.

First off, great communication from host prior to arrival.I want to give 5 stars because this place is absolutely perfect!However, 1-2 stars for the neighborhood, as it is VERY sketchy, and I wish I had checked it out beforehand. I do not recommend taking a walk after dark!That being said, everything about the place itself was perfect!It was well stocked with almost everything you could need — from paper plates, snacks, condiments, and mixers to firewood and even a dog house!We had a great time outside, sitting in front of the firepit and watching the giant screen projector (thanks, Gunnar).The hot tub was awesome as well.This place would be great for any gathering.

Great place to stay

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Chattanooga, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to town. We brought a couple of jet skis with us, and there was plenty of parking space to accommodate them. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space equipped with a hot tub, fire pit, and bar area. We hope to come back and stay again during our next visit.

Spring Break 2025

Stayed with kids aged 4 and 6. The outside area is amazing. Wonderful for the family to sit and enjoy the Tennessee weather. The fire pit, hot tub, and tv were all very much loved by my family. The inside is an older home that the owner has obviously put a lot into to upgrade the amenities. It was very close to the downtown attractions like the aquarium and the creative discovery museum. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Amazing!

This place was beyond amazing! We really enjoyed the outdoor section, which was perfect for us and our dogs. When we return to Chattanooga, this will be our go-to place to stay! Gunnar is a fantastic host! Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back!

Fun place to stay!

We stayed just for a couple days but would love to come back in the spring/summer. The out side amenities look great. Owner was extremely nice and help out with something we left behind!

This property has amazing outdoor living space and an amazing kitchen. Our trip was so busy we couldn’t fully take advantage of the property, but unwinding in the hot tub was a delight

Amazing Property

Don’t know where to start! First off, the owner is a great host. So helpful and patient with all of my questions (really hope I didn’t bug you too much). :) Next the house…it’s even better in person than in the posting. I can’t think of literally anything that we needed that wasn’t provided. The layout is shotgun style, meaning you enter in the living room and everything is straight back. I found it to be a nice setup. However, we didn’t spend much time inside the house unless we were sleeping because…. The outside areas of the house are amazing!!! The owner has truly done a ton of impressive work to make these spaces a fun and relaxing places to hangout and that’s exactly what my husband and I did (and our fur baby) for our entire stay. We were fortunate to have perfect weather. One side note, in the second bedroom there is a door that leads to the secondary outdoor area with grass and fountains and more seating. It wasn’t until our second day that my husband realized the gate next to the hot tub also leads to that yard. (Yep, I felt a little silly for not using that sooner) Speaking of the hot tub, it’s incredible, I believe it is fairly new and it’s great! Cannot wait until we can visit again! We didn’t get out much but we did go to Sugar’s Ribs (close to the house) to pick up some ribs and we fed the goats, so fun and I recommend stopping by. We also picked up pizzas from Portifino’s and they were delicious.

Nice place, great hot tub

We enjoyed our stay here. The place does have a very unique layout as advertised, but the owner has done a nice job with the space. Great kitchen amenities, including an air fryer which we had fun trying! The outdoor deck space is really nice and we used the hot tub every day. The kids really enjoyed it a lot. Communication with the owner was very easy... He was quite responsive! No sidewalks in the neighborhood, surrounding properties a bit run down, some barking dogs during day (but not at night). This property is a gem in the neighborhood.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation

We had such a lovely time at this location during Thanksgiving! The owner gave us very clear directions and check-in instructions. The property was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The host left so many nice, thoughtful touches for us! We were especially impressed with the outdoors area. We loved hanging out at night by the fire after spending time in the hot tub. The outdoor bar and seating areas were perfect for having a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Chattanooga attractions. We were there with our 2 kids and 2 dogs, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. As a bonus, there is a very nice sized fenced in area for the dogs, which we loved. We will definitely book here again during our next trip to Chattanooga!
