Welcome to Hidden Jewel Paradise at ParkRidge Estate ! My place is very cozy comfortable & content located near shops and restaurants Beaches only 20 min way drive My home perfectly set up for yoga. Our private pickle ball court pool and Jacuzzi amenities that you can use. Huge living seamlessly goes to a big Dining room, huge Sunset lanai in an upper deck with forest views.Tree guest bedroom with sweet big room in downtown label by pool and 2 upstairs. Movie theatre was complete after the flood IAN. we have instruction in The movie theather that MUST be Follow. ( please do not try to open or use my infrared/ dry souna) it is personal.
TV in the Pool Table area Bar area can be used by guest ( please don’t use owners personal things or open cabinets) * see the Bar menus ( if you use Water/soda or other drinks put price cost in the jar$ 3 Take a walk around the lake in nice a quiet community around the lake and visit
Mullock Creek Marina with Chiki Bar walking on Creek rd. Family breakfast and Lunch place Haney’s are walking distance or short ride by car. At Mullock creek marina you can rent kayak watch a Sunset or go fishing! We are located Near Coconut Mall, Miramar Mall, Mercato only 22 min away with many shops and restaurants. Historic Downtown Ft. Myers 12 Mils ride with many shops & restaurants ,antique shops , Art Walk events and much moor.
We are Russian & Italian couple, it is our hometown home we are prefer positive vibes people only!
We are welcome local and international people from all over the world to visit our home at any time of the year! It is our main HOME , we rent it out only when we are away from our home. We travel or visit our other places Costa Rica and others, we can’t

All fun things Florida has are only short drive away. 5Th Street S, 3rd St, Waterside Shops, The Village Shops 30 mi. Away.
