Location, location, location! This condo has what you need for a laid back vacation with amenities at your fingertips.

Enjoy the condo pool and the beach without crossing a street. From Keurigs to clean sheets, Peachy Keen is the perfect setting for your beach vacay. Coffee on the balcony, blocks from fantastic restaurants, 167 yards from white warm sands and fun.

Spacious, comfortable beds, great living room, set up for movie nights and games with the fam! Enjoy coffee on the balcony and restaurants and nightlife down the street.

We were in town for the NAIA Women’s Soccer Championship, and Rudy was an exceptional host—responsive, flexible with our changing schedule, and genuinely hospitable. The condo was quiet enough for my husband to work online between games, and its location was perfect: just a short walk to the beautiful beach where we enjoyed getting some exercise and searching for treasures. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice place. My wife has very knee problems one replaced a fixing to have the other so stairs was a little bit of problem this time but not no fault other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I had an amazing stay, Rudy was extremely communicative and the condo was perfect for our group. The location is amazing, it was an easy walk to the beach and we had a fantastic weekend.

Perfect Location

This is a perfect spot for families. Close pool and beach access. Far enough away from all the madness of the pier. We were a family of 6 and it worked great for us.

Great!

Me & my family had an amazing time at this condo, just outside of the strip so not too far from everything but just far enough the beach wasn’t too busy! The condos were extremely quiet & family friendly! we will definitely be back!

Roaches in the main bathroom, leftover used coffee and filter in the coffee pot basket, no dishwasher soap found ( I brought my own). I had assumed there would be a W/D, none in unit. Otherwise, not a terrible place to stay .....

Peachy Keen was a great place ro stay in the P.Cola Beach area. It was everything we were looking for in a quick beach getaway. Comfortable living area, beautiful beach. The owner was great with communication when we had questions asked. He was prompt and very helpful. The only thing i wished for was laundry accommodations. But that would not stop me from going back. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

Pensacola Flooding Weekend with best friends!

The property was very nicely decorated. My husband and 4 of my best friends went for the weekend. We had tickets to the theater for Saturday night. Brunch on Sunday and wonderful restaurants for lunch.The weekend weather was horrible for Pensacola Beach. But we had a wonderful weekend being together.

Nice condo at beautiful location. I wish it had washer and dryer, however condo unit has laundry room for use. It was easy to communicate with property manager, he was very nice and helpful with any issues. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper and maybe some cleaning supplies for people who stay little longer. Overall great location, nice condo, would recommend.

Great location, no beach view from property.

It looked better in the photos. It is a very short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. When we arrived the condo was very hot and I had to change the batteries in the thermostat to get air to come on. It stayed cool after that. Plenty of nice towels and beach towels to use. No kureg though, just a regular coffee maker. The condo was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Great Place & Location!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Peachy Keen! All was Peachy Keen! A few things before your stay - bring toilet paper. The rolls on the dispenser are all ya get. The shower only gets a lukewarm and the knob that directs the water to the shower head only half works (even when all of the way turned on, half of the water is still coming out of the faucet and half coming out of the shower head :-)). Other than those few things, everything else was great! Close to the beach, restaurants, & other things to do! Recommend staying at Peachy Keen!

Hi Briley, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay!! Yall were great guest who treated the place like your own. Thank you!!! I will make sure my cleaning crew begins leaving some extra toilet paper. But we do state in our listing that we provide a starter kit for guest and that longer stays are advised to keep that in mind. But leaving a little extra TP wouldn't hurt. Also thanks for the heads up on the shower. I will be addressing that today.

Villas on the Gulf is a collection of condos that are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with private beach access via a boardwalk. Condo allows access to the Clubhouse and Pool, and a Pool Deck. Parking spaces: one is directly under the condo, in a covered space. Other spaces for guests on site. This condo is across the street from a free trolley that runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from afternoon until midnight. Visit the "Trolley Tracker" at Visit Pensacola Beach website. Pensacola Beach Boardwalk has live music, laid back yet impressive dining (check out our favorites listed in the binder in the condo), and fun beach and boutique shopping. Downtown Pensacola is a short drive away, and is full of history, with a classic Spanish square, sushi and tapas restaurants, TRULY FANTASTIC high end boutique shopping, spas, festivals, and more, all walkable! Catch a minor league baseball game or a hockey game! Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the US Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, which has a famous, teeth rattling, BEACH AIR SHOW each July. Another air show over the Naval Air Station each November. Pensacola has 2 artificial reef systems for beautiful colorful snorkeling. Park East is 1.4 miles east of Portofino, and attracts a variety of fish, sea turtles, and gulf wildlife.
