Beach front condo with ocean view from balcony. Condo sleeps 5-6. Two queen beds with a 55-inch tv in the bedroom. Updated kitchen with a gas stove new fridge and nice backsplash. Air conditioning works great. Fold out the couch and watch the 65-inch tv or go outside on the balcony people watch and enjoy the sound of the waves. Walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and nightclubs like secrets. The beach is a 60-foot walk from the parking lot, and you do not have to cross a major highway. Pet friendly with good dog walking areas. Outdoor grilling and chilling area with an outdoor shower. Across the street is Dead Freddie's restaurant and many others with outdoor play areas that are kid friendly. Come enjoy your stay in ocean city on 63rd st.

This property is perfect for a stay at the beach. The property was clean and convenient to restaurants, the store and the beach. The other people that stayed at other units on the property were nice too. I can’t believe how many people take their dogs on vacation with them - it’s awesome! We had our dog and he loved it!

The location was good. Easy access to the beach. The condo is very small and there is no elevator so u do have to haul everything up 3 flights of stairs. Also in the description there is coin laundry but there is no laundry on site . Overall the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Cute place, very clean. Perfect for small families. Great location, good parking. The balcony has a nice view., our dog loved it. Good comfortable mattresses. It is on third floor but staircase is wide. Fagers and Seacrets are right across the street.

Need new pots and pans. Can opener didn't work. Need new bathroom rug. It was bad. Need new kitchen rug. There was no dish towel or cloth. Only 4 towels for 3 people for 4 days and no wash wrags. No washer or dryer to clean towels. Decorations were really nice. Key for door was very hard to open and lock door. It was very close to beach which was nice.

The place was exactly as in the photos. The location was perfectly located near shopping and steps from the beach. My husband and I would definitely book again.

We had horrendous time trying to get lock box opened as directions were not clear….did not help calling the assistance number….This property needs bathroom update.Toilet flushing issues, kitchen sink does not drain properly, bathroom bath mat needs to be replaced absolutely filthy so be sure to bring your own or wear shower shoes.Booked this location for three adults 1 pet and were left 3 bath towels, one hand towel, two washcloths and 1 dish towel for Wednesday through Sunday stay so had to purchase towels.Living room couch extremely small, narrow as if for a dorm room not a living room and was extremely dirty or stained so covered with a blanket prior to utilizing it.Sliding door needs cleaning and greasing as it took two hands and a lot of strength to open every time and the screen door is ripped so couldn’t utilize for fresh air.We ended up eating out or ordering in as pans appeared to be dirty with food stuck in them and mouse droppings.I would not even consider staying at this location in the future especially at that rate.I could have stayed in a hotel for same or less.

Pleasant Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The only caution is that the front door automatically locks after a minute or two, so make sure that you always have your key when you leave the condo.

Great location!

My husband and I wanted to spend just a couple days/nights at the beach. This condo was perfect for what we wanted. It was a quick easy walk over the dune to the beach. The space is small but well laid out. Would definitely stay again!

Ocean city pre-memorial day trip

Property is clean and steps from the beach. Fully stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and linens. Didn't realize dogs weren't allowed on the beach after May 1st, but that was our fault and just worked around it! Thanks for a fun weekend getaway!

Long weekend

The size of the condo is ideal for 2-3 people and the location is close to the beach. The condo definitely needs a deep clean and some updates, especially to the bathroom.
