Welcome to the artsy neighborhood of Uptown St Pete and Mallory Square with it's charming Key West style resort apartments. Each of our units is themed with a Key West landmark in mind. 'Duval Street' is set in a lush tropical setting with unique furniture and decor and is ideal for a couple wishing to explore the sights and sounds of downtown St Pete. Close to the vibrant waterfront area and new Pier, the perfect place to stroll or bike and soak up the Florida sun!

Charming, cozy and perfect

It was even better than we expected. Extremely well thought out with attention to detail. Perfect for a cozy getaway and walking distance to everything. We definitely want to return.

Parking was unsafe and the unit is not for a single person/ man or woman

I am a single woman and would not recommend this unit to anyone that is traveling alone. The online listing does not tell you that your parking spot is really 2 streets away and the property is across from an abandoned building. I was scared each time I went out to dinner and returned after dark. This really limited me because I could not stay on the beach late and then go to dinner because I tried to be back before dark. Also there was trash left behind in the unit, and it is a third floor unit so it was a hike up to the unit with my suitcase. I am in shape but for older or mobility and single travelers not good. I will not book again even though I have family in the area.

A lovely little spot

I have stayed here twice and always feel at home and safe. It is cute and quiet, clean and cottage-ish. Communication is easy, and it really is close to everything. Would I go back? You betcha!!

A lovely little place.

This is a special little property and the apartment that I stayed in was lovely. The third floor was a bit of a surprise, but that did not deter me from enjoying the spacious, cute and clean little place that I lived in for 5 days.
