** Waikiki Banyan pool deck closure. Starting April 1st and lasting about 10 months, the pool deck including swimming pool, hot tub and other pool deck amenities will be closed for a major remodel. Our nightly rates have been adjusted to reflect this closure **

A spacious 21st floor full kitchen, 1 bedroom condo with 2 full size beds in the bedroom and a modern futon in the living room to sleep a total of four guests.
Perfectly located just 1 block from Waikiki Beach, this is a great family place to call home on your next vacation to Honolulu.
Free parking is included for 1 vehicle and everything in Waikiki is within an easy walk should you prefer to go car free.
All fresh linens, towels & beach towels will be waiting for your arrival, See you soon!

The apartment was clean and is big. it's close to waikiki beach. But the kitchen was missing the forks and spoons, .We had to buy some plastic cutlery.The same for the beach towels we never founded. The toilet got clogged on the second day.The air conditioner was leaking water onto the terrace floor ,we had to use our towels to keep the floor dry to prevent and accident. The microwave!!! The only way to open the microwave door is by unplugging it in and plugging it again . .Our stay was very short only 2 nights. We contact the owner to ask for the silverware and the towels the fist night and we got and answer the next day after noontime so we solve this problems by ourself. On The bath room ,the soap dispenser was empty. I recommend that the apartment owner change maintenance staff to keep it in good condition.

Perfect Stay

Condo was in great condition with modern furniture and fixtures and not over crowded. Plenty of seating and space for everyone to sit on the couch or on the balcony. The balcony was perfect with views of the ocean. Check in and check out was seamless and so easy. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great location and all the amenities of homr

We had a great stay at this property and enjoyed the good communication from our hosts. We would recommend for families as it is close to the beach, has enough of everything you need (cooking, plates, utensils, etc.) to make the stay comfortable.

Perfect for our vacation stay

The studio was just the thing for our Waikiki stay. Traveling with our granddaughter, we were able to have breakfast in before starting our day of exploring Oahu. The location is great! I will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Great stay in Waikiki

Great set up, nice to have two beds and a couch. One mattress needs to be replaced, seems to be caving in the middle. Otherwise perfect for our group of three and we thoroughly enjoyed !

Great location! They had couch not a futon as described. Have a daughter and son and they do not share as they are older now but we made it work for the few days before college move in. We love staying at Waikīkī Banyan Condominiums and now with daughter attending HPU we will definitely be back!

Fabulous Condo

This is an excellent condo for two friends to stay in with having two beds in the bedroom. Everything is clean and in great condition. Location is close to beach, shopping, restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Mark our host is responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Waikiki Banyan continues to be our “go-to” place

We had three units for 10 days. We always stay at the Waikiki Banyan due ti it’s proximity to what we like to do.

Great location and views

Such a perfect location. Parking was easy and included. Place was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. A folding luggage rack would be helpful as well as a charging station for the nightstand. Pool is nice, didn't have keys for sauna. Having a book describing facilities and area sights to see would help. Otherwise we had a great trip! We'll be back!

Great location for Hawaii

The condo was in a great location, for walking to the beach, shopping and dining. They provided beach towels and chairs, which made it easy to enjoy the beach. There was a power outage, for one day, which was concerning. However, the outage was less time than expected. The unit was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

Location was perfect to get away from the Cold Midwest Weather to enjoy some time on the beach. You only walk about 2 blocks and you're putting your feet in the sand...perfect distance to see the sunrise and sunset without having to go to far. And amazing restaurants every where in the area. If you have a car while staying here, we'd recommend parking on the upper levels. Fewer cars parked there making it easier to get in/out of the garage. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
