Great location! Walking distance to everywhere. Beach, food, fireworks. Well equiped unit. Had very nice coffee shop in lobby with homemade baked goods

Waikiki Banyan
The unit appears nice with an updated kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are old, our main issue was their beds. They advertise they are 2 queens. They are actually fullsize. My wife and I couldn't sleep in the bed together so I had to sleep on the sofa bed. No one received a good night sleep.
The beds were not firm, but very soft. To soft because when you slept in them it created a V in the middle. I was actually able to squeeze the mattress to check the thickness and it squeezed very easy. Horrible beds.
Bathroom is old, but functional. The shower had low pressure with a shower curtain. The old shower curtain rod is still in the wall broken and very sharp.
The condo advertises chairs and boogie boards to use. These chairs are rusted and wouldn't hold anyone I know before breaking. The boogie board is for a child under 5.
AC works good. The beds are one reason I wouldn't stay here again. The worst part is the elevator to get up. The Waikiki Banyan has 4 elevators, but only use 3. When it's crowded it can take a long time to get in the elevator.
The parking was easy and we were provided with a placard to park. The main issue was the condo owner didn't provide a key to get in. There is a punch code to get in condo, but you need a key for the garage elevator. After 7pm they lock the doors to the elevator so you have to walk down to the lobby to get an elevator up. Most times you can only park on the 5th floor. Long way to walk.
