Beautiful private 1 bedroom apartment located just blocks away from the famous Morro Bay Embarcadero. Within walking distance, you have access to the Morro Bay Downtown area along with the beach-front Embarcadero featuring many great restaurants and attractions. This one bedroom apartment includes a balcony for you to enjoy while overlooking the beachfront and the famous Morro Bay Rock.

The space is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon couch in the living room. The space is set up to comfortably accommodate 3 people (2 in bedroom with Queen bed, 1 in living room with futon). Cook a meal while enjoying your ocean view, or step out to enjoy the plentiful restaurant options nearby.

The unit has a private staircase to the front door, with a keypad entry lock. We will provide the code to get in and will be available for any questions you may have during your stay.

One parking spot is available in the courtyard. Extra car must find street parking.

Fantastic space in perfect location

This is fantastic location with views of Morro rock and the stacks. Embarcadero is also within a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

This was such a wonderful location and the space had everything you need. The perfect walking distance from everything and very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

Good location

Good accommodation. Nowhere to put clothes from suitcase (chest of drawers, etc) or luggage rack. Convenient to waterfront and downtown (easy walking distance).

Morro fun

We enjoyed the proximity of this property to downtown - very walkable to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, efficient and a nice view. We’ll come again.

Clean, efficient apartment in great location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Simple apartment, nothing fancy. Everything worked, it was clean, had enough towels and blankets, off street parking, all the things you need. I had a check in question, landlord responded quickly. Would not hesitate to rent again

Clean, great location and view

Cute, clean, well-maintained beach apartment with nice view from balcony. Easy walk to waterfront and Morro Rock. Place was clean and well-maintained. Nice appliances in kitchen. Great Wi-Fi. Plenty of hot water. Small issues: Livingroom couch/futon is not comfortable. Dining table is kind of cheap and flimsy. Lighting in bedroom is not good…only 1 small bedside lamp and poor overhead lighting. Could use comfy chair in living room. Some blinds don’t open completely. All in all I enjoyed this place and loved the location.

Cute spot for a small family getaway

My husband, our 10 month old and I stayed for 2 nights. This place was super cute and the description & pictures on the listing were accurate. It's just a short walk to the embarcadero with a great view of Morro Rock right outside the balcony window! Checking in and out was easy. The couch was a bit too small but not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. The only issue we had was that the cleaner had not come before we arrived. I was able to reach the property manager and it was resolved quickly. The cleaner came within 30 minutes of our arrival. We just went for a walk to check out the shops and beach then by the time we got back the cleaner was all done.

Great location

We decided on an impromptu visit to Morro Bay with our teen son and this was perfect! Walking distance to the Embarcadero, marina, and the rock. The upstairs apartment is newly renovated and clean. Parking is street parking but even on Labor Day weekend it was not trouble to find parking right on the street. Overall a great stay and we would love to come back!
