The owner was amazing to work with-quickly responsive. The property was very nice-comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was a quiet place to walk and close to everything. We extended our original stay and are already planning to stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised...

This is a wonderful property in a quiet family neighborhood. The place was immaculately kept and provided all the amenities that are needed for a wonderful stay. The property manager was responsive and was amenable to all my request. I would rate this stay a "10".

Vrbo for family for baseball tournament

House was clean, well kept. In safe neighborhood. Only drawback is only five minutes away from airport and frequent jet flyovers and landings during early morning hours between 12 midnight and 6 AM.

Best VRBO experience I had had

This property was everything promised in the description. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with quiet neighbors. There was nothing lacking in provisions or support from the host. Email was promptly responded to and this was by far the easiest check in I hav experienced. Would absolutely stay again.

Bittersweet

Was in Memphis for my mom’s funeral. I had no where for my loved ones to gather. No partying just a lot of chit chat. The property owner was very understanding and the home was clean, spacious, and beautifully managed. Everyone said we would definitely stay there again. It felt like home.

Southaven house

So enjoyed spending time with family at this home. So clean. Loved fenced in back yard for my small pup. Outdoor screened porch was also nice. Two small twin beds upstairs was a nice surprise. No complaints. Since daughter lives in Memphis would love to utilize this home again for future visits. Thank you!!

Funeral service

This was the second time I rented this house. My adult children and I stayed here for a funeral service for my nephew. The listing says 3 king beds, the master bedroom has a king but the other two bedrooms are queen beds. That should be corrected in the listing. Also there was a strong "moth ball" smell in the house. Not sure if the owners request that, or if the cleaning people put them in there. Other than that, the house was comfortable. Could use more silverware and dinnerware.

Nice house but a few cons

Pros: Property was clean and relatively comfortable. Modern fixtures, countertops, etc. Good floorplan with master on one side of house and other bedrooms on the other side. Nice to have use of the garage. Heat worked well (Memphis can be cold in November!) Cons: Kitchen is not well stocked - very few forks, spoons, coffee mugs, bowls, etc. No kitchen towels - just paper towels. Bathroom towels lacking - only 6 bath towels and washcloths for a house that sleeps 8. And no hand towels - just paper towels. This house is very close to the airport so the noise from planes can be disturbing, especially at night when trying to sleep. Too much air freshener/deodorizer - it was overwhelming. Couple of boards missing on fence in backyard. Host is not very responsive.
