Not only was the place clean and ready when we arrived, they were prompt at responding to service calls (leaky faucet). This was our ninth year with Padre Escapes, and our second year at this property. And we have already reserved it for next year.

Cute little balcony, the master bedroom is awesome. 2 families of 4 fit perfectly here. The only thing that was a negative was the dishwasher. I don’t think it worked well and looked in rough shape. But the hat honestly didn’t bother me because everything else was so great.

We stayed at the property for several months, and found it to be very comfortable and a great location on the island. The owner and Padre Escapes were very helpful and responded quickly with any concerns. We look forward to returning to the same property next winter. The carpets were in need of cleaning, and hope that they are cleaned before our return.

Great Condo, but...

The only real gripe that I have is the parking situation while we were there. The parking lot has limited space and there are signs in the surrounding properties saying that if you park there you will be towed leaving you to park illegally and chance getting towed or driving around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to move their car so we could park and not worry about being towed.

Everything was good

Place is very nice . Parking was a little bit of a pain cause there’s not a whole lot and we did run out of toilet paper 8 people and only 2 rolls of toilet paper was a little bit of a problem but other then that it was great

Great accommodations!

Fit our family’s needs perfectly! Only drawback which was not the property owners fault was the “herd of elephants” who were running back and forth in the unit above us constantly into the very late hours. Would most definitely stay here again!
