Beary Convenient is a Newly Renovated King Suite Condo in the heart of Gatlinburg w/ pools

Experience the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains from the newly renovated "Beary Convenient" condo, ideally located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is just steps from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only a 5-minute walk to the Sugarland Trail—perfect for hiking enthusiasts eager to explore the outdoors. You'll also be within easy walking distance of Gatlinburg's top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The condo features all-new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand-new electric fireplace for year-round comfort. Guests at Oak Square Condos can enjoy a variety of amenities, including two pools (one indoor, one seasonal outdoor), on-site laundry facilities, ice machines, and covered parking. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included for your convenience.

Make "Beary Convenient" your home away from home and immerse yourself in everything Gatlinburg has to offer, from scenic hikes to downtown adventures.

Sleeping arrangement: 1 King Bed

*You must be 25 years of age*

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Great location great price

The location was great. On the quilter side of Gatlinburg but so easy to walk to everything and hit the road to hike the Smokies. It was perfectly priced as we just needed the bare necessities to make breakfast and sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
