We had the best stay! The condo was the perfect size for us and basically walking distance to all of down town. The owner checked on us while we were there and very pleasant! We got married at chapel at the park and had the best weekend!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo! Had the amenities we needed as we were mostly out exploring than in it. Located in the heart of gatlinburg was our main reason for staying at this condo! Parking was great, didn't have to pay for parking at all in gatlinburg! Host was responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

It was small and cozy, yet spacious. We loved staying here! It’s right off the main road, so very easy to walk to everything and not have to pay for parking. The property manager was very nice, and responded quickly. Was a little worried when we arrived, because it was late and we weren’t able to get a parking pass but luckily the parking pass were on the ottoman. Will most definitely be booking here again!

Nice place in a convenient location, especially if you want to take the tram to Ober Gatlinburg. Good supplies provided. Would suggest clarifying the trash situation. The instructions provided were to take the trash to the dumpster to the left of the building. The only dumpster that I could find to the left of the building was securely locked. I wandered around for several minutes trying to find another dumpster, but never did. There were actually a couple of other people doing the same, so I am not sure what the deal was. Ended up having to just leave the trash in the room.

GREAT location. We were easily able to walk to restaurants and activities downtown, which was especially helpful given it was a busy weekend and parking is tricky. Easy drives to every hike that we wanted to do as well. Condo parking and check in/check out were easy. Everything was clean and well cared for- our only complaint was that it smelled of smoke despite being a smoke-free condo.

Could have been cleaner but was big enough for our needs and close enough to downtown attractions as well as to the Gatlinburg hiking trail into The Park. Host Becky quickly responsive!!

Location is great. Walkable to great restaurants, Anakeesta, the Aquarium or anywhere else that you might want to go. The condo was clean (no complaints)but it’s getting about time for a deep cleaning. It was perfect for two people but would be crowded with more. Overall it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean condo on the quieter side of downtown Gatlinburg (which I very much appreciated!) just minutes from the park. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Loved having pool access because it sure was hot during our visit. We even spotted a bear in the nearby creek from the balcony. Definitely recommend booking here!

This is a beautiful condo! It had everything I needed….home away from home. I stayed here for 3 nights during a square dance convention. Great Wi-Fi, easy check in & check out & within walking distance of nearby shops, restaurants & shuttle. AC worked awesome! Upgrades have been made to the unit. Love the new shower! The owner was quick to respond, when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!
