Perfect Riverside Suite

This perfect fisherman's suite is an ideal get away for fishing, snowmobiling or just to escape the hustle and bustle of the City! Located just 3 miles outside of Pulaski, the private suite is the the original half of the 1890 house which backs onto the world famous Douglaston Salmon Run! Just a 5 minute drive from several boat launches into Lake Ontario, a 2 minute walk from snowmobile trails and minutes from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong! The suite is the original 1890 half of the property and the space has been beautifully renovated. You have a private entrance into a mudroom with provided hanging rails etc and a fridge freezer for fish and bait. Walking in the entrance, you'll come into the spacious living room that's perfect to relax after a day at the water. The living room is equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Prime and more). There is a small coffee area with everything you need for basic food and beverage preparation - coffee maker, microwave, water cooler etc. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a spacious king room with one King Bed and a second bedroom with two doubles. You'll also have access to the garden where you can appreciate the view of the river. We provide hanging rails in the garage for waders and a fridge freezer to store any bait or caught fish. Absolutely no korkers or waders in the house please! Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus, including one just cross the street from the house. Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture. You have a private entrance and the unit is separated from the main house by clearly marked heavy dividing doors. You have the entire suite to yourself. There is a 2 car garage used on a first come first serve basis between units and 2-3 spaces on the driveway. You will need a car to get around. If I am not available in person I will be available by phone to resolve any issues. Backing onto the World famous Salmon River and just a 2 minute walk to one of the snowmobile trails, you really don't have to go far to access everything the area has to offer. Only 3 miles from the village of Pulaski with all the usual Amenities, you have a plethora of fishing spots, launch spots and hikes at your fingertips. You will need a vehicle!
