Raven's Roost - Beaver Lake

We offer a fully furnished house with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a king-size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another, and full-size bunk beds in the other 2 bedrooms. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Cable with a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. It's close to Walmart and Safeway and a great place to serve as a home base for all of your Kodiak adventures.

Great for large families!

Property was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for our families. Access to washer/dryer was a bonus, especially on wet days. Appreciate the easy check in and out. Friendly helpful owners and organized instructions/guidebook.

Perfect for 3 generation getaway

Very clean and tidy property. We were 7 people from 7 to 76 years old. Convenient to all beaches, hiking,downtown, and shopping. And we felt super safe when the tsunami warning went off in the middle of the night.

Great location and property managers

The place was clean and very comfortable- it was just as described. Close to Seward and right by Safeway and WalMart. As a property owner, I recommend getting a lockbox or keyless lock to make for a co tactless check in experience. No one wants to wait for someone to bring them keys. There were no toiletries at all so bring your own. We had to go buy body soap, shampoo, conditioner and kleenex. The living room furniture could use a cleaning or replacement and it was very worn and not super comfortable. The big screen TV was awesome but was hung up so high that you had to be laying on the couch or reclined in the chair to watch it. Owners were very kind and made check out super easy! We would stay here again if we came back to Seward.

We like to meet all our guests in person. We feel that it keeps our standards high and eliminates less-than-desirable behavior at our properties. This property is in Kodiak btw.

Great place, great location, super hosts

This is a great place to stay while in Kodiak. Close to Walmart and downtown area. Owner met me at the condo after I landed. It's quiet. Plenty of parking. The place is newly renovated so everything was new. Just myself staying here for work but a huge place with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. You won't be disappointed staying here.
