Pools Edge would love to host you at this stunning townhome rental! Ocotillo Springs Resort offers outdoor recreation for all ages including pickleball, tennis, a playground area, a tropical pool with a red rock waterslide, splash pad, a poolside terrace, clubhouse amenities and much more. Enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah scenery from the private balcony. Hike or bike some of the local trails, just right out the front door. Located just a few miles from downtown St. George, you won't have to go far to enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer. Spend your day shopping at The Outlets, visiting historic sites, watching an amazing play at The Tuachan Center for the Arts, soaking up some sun at Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, or visiting Zion National Park. If you would rather stay indoors there is a brand new Arcade Game System everyone will enjoy! Pools Edge at Ocotillo Springs will be your new favorite vacation rental for years to come!

This new beautiful 5 bedroom / 5.5 bath townhome can sleep 19 guests comfortably, or up to 23 guests with the assistance of 4 fold-out twin mats. There is plenty of room for all! The first level of the home is an open floor plan style, with high ceilings and gorgeous decor. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are right off the entryway. Relax in the soaking tub or rinse off in the large separate shower. You will have plenty of room to get ready for your day at the double sink vanity. Just outside the master bedroom, you have your own patio where you can relax. You will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, a half bathroom, and access to the back patio and BBQ grill right outside the dining area door. Upstairs, there is a huge loft area, TV, game table, darts, arcade and access to the balcony deck where you can relax and watch your group at the pool or the beautiful southern Utah sunset. All of the additional bedrooms adjoin the loft area. Pools Edge is the perfect place for your vacation get-a-way!

Awesome Space for a family

Loved our stay here. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple families to stay in one unit. There was an overflow parking area which was great for truck and trailer. Only complaint is we happen to stay there when a baseball tournament was going on and it was a little obnoxious at night with kids yelling and such. But that is no reflection of the home itself and i look forward to staying there again.

The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was nice. The home was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, the neighborhood was quite loud, especially near the pool area. We had to use earplugs a few nights since kids stayed in the pool until late. While this rental wasn't the perfect fit for our group (as we were on a girls' getaway without children), it would be an excellent choice for a family-friendly stay. If you're traveling with kids, it's a great spot—just keep in mind that it may not be the best option for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

Incredible Time

There were 5 couples that shared this home. The pool was awesome, the water was warmer than other places I have stayed at. The hot tub was really nice and I particularly loved the slide. I didn't realize when I booked the place how close it was to the softball field that my father was playing at for the Huntsman Senior Games. It was fun to be together, yet we could go and do things separately also. Thanks for such a memorable stay and sharing your home with us.

Family Reunion

This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had three couples and two singles. Everyone had their own bathroom. We spent most of our time together in the downstairs great room. This house can handle a lot more people than we had in our group. There are two bunk rooms and there are futons in every closet. It was a great base for us as we visited parks and family in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and even some spices. We had to reset the modem many times. It could have been because of the heat. The modem is in the garage. This was our biggest frustration.

Wedding stay

My brother and our families stayed here for a family members wedding, the house was amazing and comfortable, the two player video game was an extra bonus, asteroids tournament all weekend, brought back memories and made new ones with our grown kids.

Exactly what we needed

Great location and perfect layout of the house to allow for plenty of space for both sets of parents we brought along with us. The upstairs patio was a big hit to be able to look out over the pool, and having lots of bathrooms made getting ready in the morning super easy. Beds were very comfortable as were the couches in the living spaces.

Comfortable home for our family reunion

We had our family reunion in your beautiful home. It was so nice to have three master bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs for the married couples. The bunk room was great for all the cousins. It was nice to have two tv rooms. It was nice being so close to the pool and clubhouse although the jacuzzi was out of order which was a bummer. A few things would be nice to have: lotion, Kleenex boxes, Saran Wrap and foil and paper towels in the kitchen. A few step stools in the bathrooms so the kids could reach the sinks to wash their hands. Other than that, it was clean and very comfortable!! We will definitely rent again.

Great location for a girls' trip!

The house was great! There was a bed for everyone, and it had everything we needed. We wish the listing would have been a little more clear about the four beds in public spaces meaning 4 fold-out mats, but it worked okay. We loved having the pool so close by and playing pickle ball just down the street.

Thank you so much for Hosting our stay in the St. George area. We were a family group of 14. The home fit our group perfectly—lots of room for the adults and children. We enjoyed the pool area daily and were close to amazing hikes and local activities. We enjoyed breakfast in the house daily and the kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of indoor and outdoor seating. In the evenings we played some of the games provided. There was tons of fun for the Family to bond and play together.

We loved the place and will rent here in the future. A few minor things. One of the blinds in bunk room was broken. Some of the bedroom doors wouldn't stay open. The one hall bathroom door had a hard time latching sometimes. Other than that very good and very clean! We loved our stay!

Great Accommodations

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient. My only suggestion would be to make sure that everything is well stocked. We quickly ran out of kitchen garbage bags and there were no baggies or aluminum foil. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Great Location

My group just had the pleasure of staying a week at this house while we were playing in a softball tournament. Great communication by the host. The location was great as it was a five minute walk to the Gubler complex and about a five minute drive to the Canyon Complex. The house fit all of our needs. The community pool was just outside our back door and Pickleball courts were about 200 feet down the street. The house was well stock and fit all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Beautiful Surroundings close to Tuachaan and Snow Canyon. Roomy up to date condo with comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding. Great layout for multi family vacation.Awesome pool and hot tub. Splash pad was not working, no Xbox in the Clubhouse (as advertised.) Very stinky trash cans in garage.Would have appreciated patio furniture on upper deck. Overall throughly enjoyed the house and will definitely book in the future.

Hi! We had an awesome time and loved the place. The only thing we would want to let you know about was that the recliner in the main room was a little unbalanced when you recline. It would have been easy for someone to fall out. But it really was a delightful stay! Super clean! And we loved the extra beds that let kids sleep on the floor - that was so helpful. Would recommend!

We had fun!

We had a great time here during a family get together. We swam, played pickle ball, played the arcade game upstairs and drove into St George for activities. It seemed like just about every age found something to do. At one point my family saw a stranger walk out of our condo just as they were pulling up. Afraid that someone else had our door code, I called the vacation rental property and they learned it was an inspector who came a day early. They responded quickly and I appreciated their response.

Excellent place for pool time

The house is large and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. There is a bathroom in each which was great and gave everyone the privacy they wanted. The bunk room holds a lot of kids. The pool is easily accessible and our kids couldn't get enough.
