The screened in back porch is perfect for gathering and sitting outside while sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine. Downtown Fernandina Beach is less than two miles away with shopping, local restaurants, the marina, coffee shops, etc... all super close by.

Location: This home is only a half a mile away from the beach yet tucked away on an incredibly cozy cul-de-sac and large lot with a fenced in back yard for the kids to play and the dogs to roam. You cannot ask for a better island location. Just minutes away from downtown restaurants, shopping, and Fort Clinch.
