WATERFRONT CABIN PRIVATE BEACH HOT TUB FIRE RING FISH HIKE KAYAK

We are offering this waterfront cabin as a vacation getaway. This cabin is nestled on the bank of licking creek, a Potomac River tributary. It is located in south eastern Fulton county PA only about twelve minutes from interstate 70. This cabin is one of two cabins on the site. (Other cabin offered on separate listing) The cabins boarder fifty-six hundred acres of public land with the Tuscarora Trail running along the top of the mountain.
Both cabins have fully functioning modern kitchens, hvac systems, high speed internet, washers and dryers, fireplaces, porches overlooking licking creek, private white sand beach area, four grills, a fire ring with seating, a hot tub, wildlife, and walking trails.
This cabin boasts a master bedroom with a full bath which includes a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath in the hallway with a walk in tile shower. This cabin has a family room and dining area off the kitchen.
When you stay with us you will have access to relax on beach, hike, fish, bike, kayak, and nature watch on site. You will also be close to restaurants in Hancock Maryland, skiing at whitetail resort, biking on rails to trails and toe path, and boating on Potomac River. We are also located about twenty minutes from historic downtown Berkley Springs West Virginia.
We do offer a seperate listing to reserve both cabins and the entire water front site.

We had a great stay. The property is well maintained with lots to do. Hot tub, kayaks, tubing, cornhole, bbq and firepits. Cabin was amazing and very clean. Everything provided we just brought food. The host was very attentive and helpful. If you are looking for place off the grid this is the place to enjoy nature but town is 10 mins away. We had an amazing time and will come back.

This cozy cabin in the woods was everything we hoped for. Mother nature did not disappoint. We saw deer daily! We enjoyed all the amenities and found the nearby Berkeley Springs, East Broad Top Railroad and Delgrosso amusement park fun for the whole family. The jetted tub did not work. I found this a little disappointing since we kept the hot tub at a lower temp so the whole family could enjoy it. Overall, we loved it and would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in Big Cove Tannery! The accommodation's were exceptional. Everything we needed was there. We loved the creek, the fire pit, playing cornhole, hot tub, and more. We kayaked, rode bikes, and went to wineries on the days the heatwave hit. We loved it here and hope to return.

This property is absolutely beautiful ! The attention to detail is amazing. We were 4 moms who needed this relaxation for Mother’s Day and couldn’t have asked for more …from the pretty white beach to the hot tub to sitting on the porch enjoying nature. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and very clean ! Would love to come back with the kids.

Beautiful cabin by a creek

This cabin by Licking Creek was beautiful. It had everything you could need or want. Hot tub, fire pit with logs, propane fire pit on deck, kayaks, great kitchen with all the small appliances you need and a spectacular setting. We’ll be back in the Fall.

Delightful getaway

We enjoyed beautiful weather during our long weekend away from home just reconnecting with nature and family. We enjoyed all that the cabin offers, hot tub, stream, kayaks, fire pit and rocking chairs. It is a bit off the beaten path but that is what we were looking for as we got away. Even when a severe storm rolled through the hosts had someone come out early in the morning to get a generator running for us. I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to disconnect and relax in nature with lots to do on property.

Beautiful tranquil place to visit

Amazing!

We had such a great time at the cabin. We loved the private beach. The amenities that were available made it so that that we didn't even have to leave the property to have fun. There was something to entertain everyone. I didn't even hear the dreaded "I am bored" the whole time. We went fishing, kayaking and tubing. We would love to visit again and rent both cabins, so that our family can join us.

Anniversary trip

We had an excellent time. We enjoyed as much as we could in two days, fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, and just relaxing on the porch and listening to nature. The hosts do an amazing job of having everything ready for you, including having kindling in the fire pits for you. Would definitely stay here again.

Group of 4

It was a group of 4 of us for my birthday. I wanted a place secluded from people and this was 100% the place! It literally had everything we needed all in one spot. Water, fishing, fire, hot tub, beautiful view, bird watching. We were lucky to not have anyone staying in the cabin directly next to the one we chose. I think that’s the only downfall with this place is that there is one other cabin only feet away from the one we stayed at. I also would have preferred two queen beds instead of one room having bunk beds since it was a couples weekend and the other couple had to sleep in the bunk bed room. But other than that it was absolutely amazing. We spent the mornings and afternoons on the beach area and fishing and then spent the evenings in the hot tub and making a fire and sitting by the fire playing music and guitars and just really enjoying the moments all together. I think we all will be back soon for another peaceful relaxing getaway

Beautiful property, great hosts!

Great weekend away

The cabin complex (there are two adjacent to eachother) seems very new, clean, and in great working order. The property is rather remote, situated directly on the bank of a small but rushing creek. Myself and a small group of friends spent a winter weekend there and used the fire pit area, beach, and hot tub quite a bit and hiked nearby Cacapon State Park (20 minute drive) in WV. Would be great in the summer with a couple families using the dual cabin complex. Highly recommend!

Great Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was exactly as described. It is new, clean and off the beaten path. We had never been to this part of the country and our host Ben was very helpful with suggestions to do around the area. The cabin is about 15 minutes from Hancock, MD, right near the C & O Canal Trail. This is a great bike path which is flat and goes for over 100 miles. If we are back in the area, these cabins would be at the top of our list.

Will book again in the future!

This cabin is one if the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Clean, well equipped, great amenities including hot tub, tubing, kayaking, hiking etc. it was the peaceful getaway we wanted. This little oasis helped us disconnect from the world and reconnect as a couple. Highly recommended!

Very nice cabin

Way more than we had expected. We had an amazing weekend in the mountains whenever we were at the cabin it was very relaxing. Not only was the atmosphere very nice but the owners were very quick to respond and ready to help with whatever was needed. Hope to stay there again
